Hotels in Michigan City

They have a private hot tub and sauna on the spa floor that’s so relaxing. The workers were all really nice and sweet, hooked us up w amazing food at infusion. The pool was closed but we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and shower felt nice.

Great value for a family trip. Best in warm weather for visiting Washington Park Beach and Indiana Dunes, with plenty of local favorites nearby. (I would recommend the Spa Tower over the slightly older BC Tower. The BC Tower has a casino, so there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the entrance, but the non-smoking guest floors were fine.)

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. When staying in a ****** you never know. The room was in the Blue tower closest to the pool and ****** not the spa towers. The room wasn't as nice as the spa tower but still a nice room. Great restaurant choices inside the hotel.

Huge ****** w/super friendly staff!!!  Excellent live band entertainment & reasonably priced drinks!!!  Great place to relax & do some ********.

Everything went perfectly; we were in group of 8; 4 different rooms, all on same floor. The hotel was very nice, had great live entertainment. Every service staff we met was friendly & professional and I love, Love, LOVED the pool & hot tubs area… it was perfect!

The pillows are absolutely AWFUL. Im not sure why a microwave was not in my room. The check in is a BREEZE at the kiosk. Great times. Ill stay again. Just bring my own pillow.

Older motel This is an older motel and you can tell by the carpet and lack of electrical outlets! There is no elevator, so you have to climb up to the second floor. I had requested mobility accommodations, but the closest they came was putting me in the first room at the top of the stairs. Since the other motels were full and very expensive, we made do. I really missed having grab bars in the bathroom...

It's a good option to stay if you are just passing by or enjoying the Dunes park and just need a place to sleep. Beds are really comfortable, we slept really good. Cleaning is not great but it is clean enough. The room just needs a little air.

Super 8 Very basic budget stop. Rooms are worn and have seen better days but you could do a lot worse for a quick crash-for-the-night in the middle of a long road trip.

The hotel is old, not very clean, and in a not-so-nice part of town.

The room was clean, beds were fine, AC worked and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The only negative i would say is that the area that the hotel is in is pretty sketchy. We went to go eat after 7pm and the cops had already been called by someone at the hotel.

Room was fine. My only complaint is more with *******. I booked several hotels for a road trip and stayed at all red roofs because i was traveling with 2 dogs and when i got to check in they didnt seem to know i had 2 dogs and chsrged me an extra fee. Im fine with paying the fee just aidh ******* could some how inckude this when booking.

Like a smelly motel, smells somewhat bad. Not clean and seems not to be maintained. I was so sad to sleep in the unclean bed.

Floor was pretty rough. Blood stains and holes in the comforter. Wouldn't recommend staying here unless ya have to

The staff were really nice and helpful. Everything was clean, nice pool and hot tub.

The room is beautiful and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. moreover, it provides great sense of safety. definitely will book at this hotel again if i revisit the city

Housekeeping was friendly and attentive. The breakfast would have to improve just to be mediocre.

Affordable Hot tub great rooms could've been cleaner and carpet needs replacement everywhere.

Parking was easy with cameras. Staff helped recover my gf lost phone. Very happy with our service and stay! Breakfast was better than most places.

No one came to change our bedding daily or give us clean towels at all we were there 3 nights. No clean towels exchange no clean bedding changed and no iron in the room, no phone in the room to call the front desk. The beds were not soft not comfortable and the blankets were so small not warm very thin.

It was actually very nice. At least for me. Don't get that choice much. But was finally alone with the man who turned me back onto gods path 3 years ago after getting out of a controlling relationship... November 19, 2022 the same man from may 2019, ... The man I fell in love with, I finally got to pass out in his arms and feel the safety and security I had been needing for so long. If I'm not mistaken...

Rooms are decent inside, not horrible,not top of the line. Needed to give people more than a 1/2 roll toilet paper, 3 people tried to get in our room saying they were booked into the room after we booked it for 2 days. Was right next to fireworks shop so if you are there for 4th , its easy to get fireworks if your into that.

Front desk shared with me that they run a criminal record check on everyone that checks in. Rooms are a little dirty but the rate is very low so expected. I didn't think it was really as bad as some of the reviews say, but I'm not that picky. It's kind of hidden but it's one of the first hotels off the highway. Delve a little deeper and there's better hotels nearby.

Same owner as knights inn in Michigan City Indiana n the rooms are alittle better still dirty

We had our 2 elderly dogs with us and had requested 1st floor near an exit. This request was met and we were delighted with the size of the room (had a “suite” room), the comfortable bed and the large bathroom with walk in shower. As we have family in Mich City, we will be staying again!

The room was great! Breakfast that is another story! There is dry cereal but no milk. Why? It was 1003 and the attendant came storming out saying breakfast is done. I was making a waffle for a small child that was sitting right outside at table. She locked that door when I asked her she said too bad use the other door… she created a very dangerous situation!!!

The room was very clean. The bathroom, very clean. Halls, elevator, grounds, all clean near and new looking.

Very nice staff, room, and amenities. I will definitely stay again. One gripe I do have is the fruit (apples) that were placed out at breakfast looked just like the one in this takeaway bag. Not sure if this was a joke but why give this to members …. Why give this to any guest? I threw it out for an animal or insects once I took a break to get the water out of it.

First room had non functioning HVAC. Second room was not made up. Jenny got us in a room that was perfect. She handled it well.

It’s time to do some maintenance to room 207. Recaulk the tub to get rid of black mold on old caulk, fix the top of drapes so they actually keep the parking lot lights from shining in all night, replace a few of the badly stained carpet squares and replace the room fridge b/c it’s not cold enough. Also, bed sheets were very scratchy; need nicer ones.
