The cable box didnt work n the start button on the microwave didnt work

There were small roaches in the bathroom. The corners around the tub were filthy. The refrigerator was dirty. There were two women on duty when I checked in. The first woman greeted me with “what you need”? When I told her I needed to check in she sighed heavily. Then stuck her face directly in front of the computer screen. The second woman said the first woman was going to have surgery on her eye and couldn’t see well. The second woman could see just fine and left the area. Thirty minutes later I was finally checked in. The elevator was filthy, there were tacos on the floor. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The outside of the hotel is decent. I won’t stay here again.

Great hotel at a great price. We had a corner suite, which was more than enough room. Everything you could want for a temporary "home away from home".

Stay somewhere else
No coffee anywhere on the premise, you have to take your used towels and washcloths to the front counter to get clean one and the beds were so hard and lumpy we won't stay again.

There was no front desk attendant and had to call a random number to get checked in. The wifi did not work and the shower/bath did not work.

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed. I quit counting cockroaches at 35. Disgusting. It should be closed until construction is done and fogging for all roaches

Had to call for a worker to check us in since it was after 10, then our room key didn’t work. Fridge is filthy, wall has fingerprints all over it. Bedcovers are paper thin.

Horrible Experience where’s my deposit!!!
Horrible check in process person checking me in couldn’t see eyes were literally against computer monitor and keyboard took about 20 min to check me in and still waiting to receive my deposit I have never waited so long to be refunded my deposit ever starting to they there going to keep it place was dusty from construction being done never going thru WoodSpring suites ever again
