What a lovely hotel and pleasant surprise. Was just looking for somewhere to crash for the night. The room was very large. Had to make an extra trip to the lobby to get them to flip the breaker for the room but then everything worked fine. It was so quiet. The woman at the front desk was very nice.

I had to stay here as most hotels were full in the area. I chose this one as it looked newly remodeled. However remodeled or not, the room I stayed it was disgusting. Stained sheets, smeared stuff on walls, hair in shower, mold and rust in shower, floors were dirty, pillows were the size of a throw pillow. I felt very gross staying here. I actually made a path of towels on the floor so I didn't walk on the floors.

Bed was comfortable but like another review mine was a little creaky when I got in and out. Shower was good. Our bathroom had a dusty type smell that I couldn’t place or find but it wasn’t a huge problem. We ended up in the handicap accessible room by chance and noticed there is no way for a wheelchair bound person to shower unless you can get in the tub. Room decorations were super cute. Breakfast was good. The coffee was good!! That’s always a plus in my book. Check in was great!

I've been to various hotels in Topeka but this is one of my very favourites. Clean rooms, and yes it lives up to its name- sleep inn. You will have a great night's sleep here in those comfy rooms. The manager Lee is just amazing and goes above and beyond for customers. I also can't say enough great things about the other front desk team as well- Bruce and the other two ladies that work evenings. Great team!

After I booked, I read some reviews that had me a little scared. Here's the thing this is an older hotel. There are blemishes and stains here and there however, I witnessed them cleaning alot. The overnight desk clerk was polishing furniture in the common areas, sweeping, etc. The hotel is clean, just not sparkling and new. The breakfast was pretty standard, but nicely presented and fresh. The parking lot and grounds were clean, well kept and well lit. My bed was hard on one side and soft on the other, but I managed. Staff was friendly and was always working to upkeep lobby. Certainly not 5 star hotel, but I didn't pay for that. I was not disappointed for what I payed. I would stay again.

There's usually three basic things that need to be on point with me, clean sheets clean bathroom comfy bed. Those were perfect. I never slept so great in my life. Lol. The breakfast looked amazing. The fitness room looked clean and in working condition. The washer works great, I'm waiting on dryer so don't know yet about that. Over night front desk guy was incredibly nice and helpful.
But.... our TV didn't work in our room, the bathroom door doesn't lock or even latch closed. The pool had a film of scum on top of it and the jacuzzi s water heater was broken. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE UNIQUE TEA BAGS AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION. They have store bought tea. 😒
Oh and dogs are $20 no matter how long you stay, that was more affordable than most places other than your free stays at the red roof or motel 6.

Friendly staff, good hot breakfast with alot of options! The pool and jacuzzi were nice, but only a few of the jets were going for the heated pool, so it wasn't really warm. When we arrived the room had some red stains on the floor, the bathroom door did not close all the way and the heater was usually loud. Beds were very comfortable and the heat did work good! Shower pressure was good! This hotel was fully booked and I would have never known it. Very quiet! Told the staff about the issues in the room and they gave us a discount. They were all pleasant, would definitely stay here again with proper maintenance!

There were a lot of bad reviews, but our stay was fine. In fact, I would have given it a higher rating had the fire alarm not gone off around 7:20. It had us scrambling getting dressed and out the door. Then the alarm went off. Great! But no water! So no showers, or even brush the teeth. The breakfast wasn't bad, not great, but it was food. I had an alright night's sleep despite a lumpy pillow.
We decided to stay here on our way back and we're disappointed. Our room hadn't been fully cleaned; the shower hadn't been cleaned. The next room they gave us the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I was so tired, we decided to stay despite that. So the room was fine, however they have a problem with the maids finishing their job. Also they strictly shut off the breakfast at 9, even if you're standing there trying to pick up something!
