Check in was easy. Front electric sliding door had to be opened/closed by hand. Was told by front desk to keep door keys away from cell phones as they tend to get erased. Also told that because at night the front desk leaves and person would be locked out of room.

Room was clean. No refrigerator in room which was a bit of a bummer as I like to order Door Dash and keep left overs.

Breakfast was basic but cooked well and hot.

Overall good value for price.

Had to leave room due to bed bugs. No one at the front counter to assist me with my issues, so I was forced to sleep in my vehicle.

Staff was great, room was as offered and clean. was in Nashville for family medical problem, so, didn't spend a lot of time in room, but was pleased

Room was very clean but service not so great we only had half roll of toilet paper in our room and ran out and front seat said they had no access to any and no towels had two small towels and had to wait til housekeeping the next day to get more which was around 10am by that time we needed to be somewhere else

No room service for 4 days....Breakfast was horrible cooked on a electric hotplate...it was cold...no milk for coffee...tv service kept kicking on and off...blower dryer didn't work took me to keep calling to get it fixed...lots of traffice noise...pictures on line very deceiving...the only thing good was the bed

Polite. Ac rattled at first but it quit. It’s a place for someone that wants to shower and sleep and go to work, or hit the road, not lounge around in luxury. The breakfast is pretty standard, I’m ok with that. I would stay here again.

Th floor of my room was very warm to the touch. It seemed like there was heat coming from the room under mine which made my room extremely hot at times. I had to keep the AC on at all times to cool down but there were moments where it didn’t help for how hot it was in the room. The WiFi wasn’t the best but that was to be expected

Room door would not lock from the outside. Entry without key card was easy. Outlet at vanity was non functional therefore, hair dryer was non functional. Shower curtain rod was loose at both ends and dropped down in middle as it was curved by design. This made shower curtain impossible to keep closed at each end.

Refrigerator did not work, which we needed to keep food and drinks cold. It was very noisy and room was not very well maintained.

The room was ok for the price. The AC/heating unit never seemed to shut off so that was annoying. TV had so much static. The room was very clean. The lady that checked me in was great. I didn't have breakfast while I was there but they seemed to have a variety.
