The room was very small, less than 15 square meters. It wasn't good value for money, and the cleanliness was so-so, but the location was very convenient for people in a hurry, and there was a steak restaurant across the street.

The check in process was fast and the clerk was friendly. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Parking was easy and area clean and brightly lit. Service counter was great and cheerful. Checkin was quick and efficient and even booked us for our return trip quickly. She had information for us in direction and food choices. Room was nicely appointed but tv channel choices were odd. Bed was amazing and so was the rest we got for the completion of our trip. Thank you!

The laundry did not work parking was ok rooms where clean but had guess smoking in elevator and in halls all you smelled was majana

Rooms smelled horrible like cigarettes. Hotel did not reimburse refund after I complained and had to be moved to a different room. Customer service was very rude. I would NEVER stay here again !

There was a roach in our bathroom, there were hairs all in the beds, and the breakfast was barely anything.

Is taking forever to get deposit back can instantly take my $100 deposit but take forever and a day to give it back and i still havnt received it i never smoked nor break anything in the room so why its taking so long to receive you tell me wont come here again tho

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean smelled good, and nicely decorated. I didn’t go to breakfast. My room was really nice spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. My princess was able to stay in my room for a very good fee. The bathroom was nice, but the walk-in shower had no grab bars. I only gave 4 stars, because the WiFi was a bit weak, the refrigerator and microwave were small. But overall the Microtel Inn & Suites will be my go to for my next visit. I would recommend it to everyone.

Was a great stay for what we were doing. The rooms were very nice. The common areas were also very nice. The halls and elevator were a bit dated but they had modernized the rooms. Good stay! Breakfast needed a bit more. Eggs, bacon, etc. Still decent.
