Spacious rooms, bathroom Nice size with big tub and shower option. In a very good location walking distance to Louisiana Boardwalk, and other casino. Only complaint would be not receiving towels after using text option to customer service, after not receiving calling housekeeping and still didn't receive towels. Overall not a bad stay Nice hotel. Not a.fan of their casino.

Stayed one night and noticed the rooms have been updated since our last visit. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Casino is spread over three floors with poker downstairs, table games and slots on the second, and non-smoking/high limit on top. Drinks flow while you play and valet/check-in are easy. Good mix of restaurants on site. Solid stay.

I didn't get a chance to walk around but just the entrance and room was comfy other than the fact that they have no microwave although it says that the upgraded rooms have them. I ordered food that arrived cold and I was told that there is not one microwave in the building but to try one of the restaurants which I highly doubt as the workers have to eat. There aren't any gas stations near by. Although...

Nice room of course, very limited food choices during the week. Their cafe was closed Monday night, a lot of us can’t afford to eat at Prime! I know they don’t get big crowds on week nights, but the Horseshoe keeps there cafe open and thats were we had to go!

The room is always nice and clean. Lots of space to move around. Staff is always helpful

Service was good. Room was nice size, clean and well appointed. The only problem I had was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was not very good and the shower curtain was not big enough to close up while showering. Other than that it was a lovely room and bathroom.

Location was good and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. HOWEVER, the TV controller did not work very well (wouldn't respond to buttons till many pushes), worst tasting in-room coffee ever, couldn't turn on the bedside lamp without also turning on the over bed light, no ice in the ice machine for all 3 days we were there, no buffet, limited eating options. We won't be back.

I booked a 3-night stay at Sam's Town Hotel and Casino and my experience there was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The shower was huge although I had to look up how to turn on the shower head (Tip: Turn on the shower and pull the spout down at the end of the tub faucet). Hotel was very clean. Employees friendly and service was very good. We ate at Smokey Joe's and it was very good. Casino was clean and waitresses very good. Room was guge.

Have gone to Bally’s for years, almost monthly. Brought my pups here many times. The pet fee has recently risen from $50 to $75 . At last visit, I had $20 free play. There was one kiosk to redeem with a very long line. No thanks. There are very few waitresses on the casino floor. Lucky to get one drink, and I always tip. Overall, the hotel is getting tired and needs updating. Very disappointing...

The room was clean and is was a nice quiet stay. The bed was really soft which is good except not on my back since I have back problems I need a firm mattress. So I did end up with back spasms but otherwise it was great

Staff very nice. The only thing I disagreed with was that there is no room service during my week stay. The next stay I ended up staying 11 days and there is no room service to simply ask for towels as needed. The lack of room service during stay will not cause me not to come back. It’s just something I’m not use to. The location was safe, affordable and again the staff was great.

The fold out bed had a mattress on it that couldn’t even be slept on, with no linens. We asked for help with it to no avail.

The floor in the bathroom felt like it sunk every time I stepped on it. The heat/ac unit in the first room I was given didn’t work.

Staff were very helpful and courteous, check in was great. However the building is old and dated inside, upholstery in dining area was stained.

I don’t recall seeing anywhere on the hotel listing that it was under renovation, so that would’ve been more helpful as portions of the lobby is covered in plastic. The tub in the room bathroom could’ve been cleaner as well.

I loved this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that when you run the AC or heater it’s super noisy. However, it’s walkable to the outlets and a few bars downtown. I’ll definitely recommend them!

My room tub was nasty they said they was gone let housekeeping know about it and they never came so I bought my own cleaning supplies. One of the worst experiences ever!! When we arrived at 5:15pm the door was locked, we had to wait 10 mins for someone to open the door. The lady at the desk was rude, while she was checking us in she was on her phone, she didn’t speak and never apologized for us having to wait. The hallway upstairs smelled of mildew. Horrible for accessible needs. All the hangers in the closet are behind the ironing board. Moving them to the right was a chore because they are the kind that attach to a round frame and the space available to the right of the ironing board was very limited - not enough for clothes to fit comfortably. Awesome will stay there again if I'm in the area. Very clean, nice staff, and a great room. Located within a few minutes to wherever you want to be in the Shreveport and Bossier City area. While the pool and hot tub were the selling points when I booked the service was great. The breakfast they serve was one of the best I've had in my travels.

We stayed here on a Saturday night in the Paul Stetson Suite. The historic mansion is beautiful and filled with antiques. The owners are personable and know a wealth of information about the area (it’s been owned by them for 37 years). Also, the breakfast is amazing with tomato grits, fluffy biscuits, eggs, muffins, fruit, and fried pies!

Very accommodating and genial hosts at this lovely place to stay. There is plenty of things to admire in this B&B including the furniture, artworks, silverware and dinner ware, and the lots of Delphware. A pleasant balcony to sit in the evening and night. I came with my daughter, who is 12 years old, on the way to see Taylor Swift in New Orleans. She is a HUGE Gilmore Girls fan, and I was hoping to experience a bed and breakfast similar to the fun on Gilmore Girls. This did not fall short! What a great place to stay. It is a real B&B experience! The rooms have antiques that are very nice and the breakfast is totally amazing! The owners are interesting to talk to and have a knack for customer service. The B&B is too unique to miss - so if you are traveling through the area this is the place.
