Everything was great but tub drain was broken but I put it back in easily
Great experience. Had a blast with my wife. Got a room and spent the night enjoying all the amenities they had to offer. From the table games to the video poker. The restaurant that offered a variety of food to quench any appetite. To the comfortable sleeping arrangements and the above and beyond customer service. As for this parishioners opinion five out of five stars. I will be there again......
The hotel room was nice. We got a complimentary upgrade to a suite when we checked-in. All of the staff we talked with were extremely friendly. There is a pizza place that has the best brick oven pizza. The slot machines don't pay out if you are looking to win. We ended up going to another casino to play and won money there. It is a nice hotel but next time I will be staying at a different casino,...
Very nice rooms and very friendly staff. My only issue was not winning money in the casino, but sometimes that happens. I've stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. The only thing I'd like to see is a self-service soda station. I'm almost positive there isn't one here. If I missed it by chance I'll update this review. Thanks.
Good casino in Shreveport area. Personable staff, huge rooms, wide opens hallways, beautiful lobby, and some good restaurants. My main issue here is that the 1st floor shops have been “opening” for quite a while. What’s going on with those?? One of our favorite things about the hotel are the tubs (though mine had a horribly clogged drain) and a waiter in the burger restaurant named Addison. He is fantastic...
The room was very big and clean! The staff was very nice and helpful. There was alot of food choices on property. and the river view from the room was great!

Everything was great until we went in the room and seen blood on the sheets and the air would not work all night, kept cutting in and out and very warm in room😩😩😩
Well, I only stayed for 1 night due the bad weather but I booked for 3 nights. The stay was great. The room and bathroom was neat a clean with a lot of space. Clerk was very nice
The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice a d helpful. The restaurant food was great last and hot, waitress was very kind , clean and on point with order. Rooms were very clean and nice, my experience was great would go again.
Everything was good. Didn't care for the restaurant near the lobby, but it was fine. There is a second floor to the ******. They could do a much better job of letting people know that.
Yes it’s the best in the state of Louisiana. There’s no place that can compare to Sam’s Town ******. Staff is always on point and it’s the cleanest place in town
The hotel room was beautiful inside. The staff were nice and it made for a great trip. 10 out of 10 recommend getting the River view. It is beautiful at night!

My sister and I ended up staying the same floor-me in a single king and her in a double queen. Their TV was newer, but nothing worked on the remote-not even the guide or menu-and they wanted to purchase a movie. My TV was older and I had an old IPod 16 pin docking station alarm clock. It was nostalgic, but not useful. My sister’s room was absolutely disgusting between the desk and TV stand and behind...
Everything at Bally's Shreveport is nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Key cards are needed to access room floors, for safety, because they offer so much to the public. Vintage Steakhouse located inside was good. The entire menu is A la carte, as it is fine dining. However, you can dress casual. The server, Edin, was phenomenal; Very attentive. My husband opted for the ribeye, which wasn't...
This hotel is trash. Rewind: I stayed at Sam's Town a few feet away from Bally's the week before Thanksgiving. It was recommended by a couple of ppl who i had recently met since I was going for business purposes only. The elevator smelled so freaking good every time I entered it. However, I was not very pleased with the room which is why I chose Bally's for the next stay. Fast Forward: Internet photos...
Have gone to Bally’s for years, almost monthly. Brought my pups here many times. The pet fee has recently risen from $50 to $75 . At last visit, I had $20 free play. There was one kiosk to redeem with a very long line. No thanks. There are very few waitresses on the casino floor. Lucky to get one drink, and I always tip. Overall, the hotel is getting tired and needs updating. Very disappointing...

I enjoyed the hot tub with the spa jets in the corner of the room. It's surrounded by mirrors and my wife and I spent some quality time together in it. There is also an amazing standing shower!
Loved how we didn’t have to leave the hotel unless we wanted to and the jacuzzi was a win
I didn't have breakfast but my stay was awesome
The room was very large. The room was very clean. There was a good sized counter next to the sink. The room was in very good shape. The bathroom and the towels were very clean. WIFI was very reliable and response times were very good. I believe that the sound reducing aspects for the room were very good because I did not hear activity in the rooms with common floors, ceilings, or walls. The...

Room was ok. Water was in the bath tub when I arrived. I was only there 1 night so I left complaining alone.
great staff, friendliest staff Ive met, and I hit a lot of hotels. nice pool, washer/dryer. epic internet
The housekeeping crew opened our door two times . We were booked for 2 nights and the next morning at 9:30 they just opened the door. 2 different housekeeperd.I have never stayed in a hotel that did that. When you booked for whole weekend you usually have to call and let them know to come clean the room that you will be stepping out. The next morning of check out they did same thing but didn't come...
For my business trip property is conveniently located and close proximity to my business stops. Little dated but still a good value for the price point.
Room was clean. Property needs some maintenance (paint issues abound, sheetrock gouges, dirty hallway carpets, rusted and dirty hallway A/C vents, etc). Just general M&R upkeep.
Very quiet, and peaceful. Great water pressure from the shower, but not the toilet. Definitely not clean clean like for a hotel, but organized yes! Spacious, also yes!

I had a long day flying the night we arrived, the beds are so comfortable, it made up for the long travel day. Staff is excellent as always. We keep coming back, three years in a row, and we'll back in 2026.
We had to switch rooms because the AC.Was not working the second room that they give us the a c was not working good The bad tub was not clean. We had to use a towel to put our foot on it.
I don’t recall seeing anywhere on the hotel listing that it was under renovation, so that would’ve been more helpful as portions of the lobby is covered in plastic. The tub in the room bathroom could’ve been cleaner as well.
The staff is what I am impressed with about this property. The hotel itself is going through a much needed renovation! The carpet is orange and brown, looks like it is straight from the 70's. I am sure it will be much better once they are done with the renovation. I was on the first floor. I had requested a handicap accessible room with two beds. When I got there Lindsey told me that all they had was...
Very nice play to stay The staff is always friendly. Only incident that occured was the fire alarm going off at midnight. Very cold night to evacuate outside but was quickly resolved.
Kind of disappointed The hotel in general was ok. However i called and asked did they have a heated pool i was told yes but the jacuzzi didn't work i was with that. However the room where the pool was very heated for sure but the water was cold when you first entered untill your body adjusted to the temp... We had to go to desk for clean towels. We stayed 2 nights sheets were not changed no free...

The room was very small, less than 15 square meters. It wasn't good value for money, and the cleanliness was so-so, but the location was very convenient for people in a hurry, and there was a steak restaurant across the street.
Our stay here was good, we did not have any issues, and the staff was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean smelled good, and nicely decorated. I didn’t go to breakfast. My room was really nice spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. My princess was able to stay in my room for a very good fee. The bathroom was nice, but the walk-in shower had no grab bars. I only gave 4 stars, because the WiFi was a bit weak, the refrigerator and microwave were small...
Was a great stay for what we were doing. The rooms were very nice. The common areas were also very nice. The halls and elevator were a bit dated but they had modernized the rooms. Good stay! Breakfast needed a bit more. Eggs, bacon, etc. Still decent.
Checkin was great. No issues. The AC did run well, which is great. It seemed like you all were trying to upscale the hotel by putting in a sink/bar in the room I was in, but the whole other side of the room was empty, like it would normally have a chair and a couch w coffee table or something, SUPER odd. But I wasn't there for entertaining, it was just me, so no biggie. The only issue I had was there...
Meets expectations . Daily room service, though the bathroom floor never got cleaned (moped) for the three days I stayed in there (reason I took off 1 star). Overall, it’s a great place for the price. Highly recommended!

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful!!! the rooms are beautiful and a tremendous value! The rooms are spacious and beds are so comfy, great pillows and quality sheets. I love the southern charm and historical feel! A must-stay when in Shreveport.
Clean room, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable leather furniture in the lobby. Spacious room.
It was good. Room was excellent but no windows. Next time may be I will get a room on a higher floor.
I’ve stayed several times no major issues. There was an event which I understood but the noise came after the event was over. The guest were really loud (which the hotel can’t control), there was a loud clicking noise in walls (Tiffany suite) and someone from the staff was very loud downstairs, the window is over the bar area so that’s expected.
We love the Remington! We don’t love the area but it makes up for it once you get inside! The room was spacious, clean and quiet! The Remington is our go-to when coming to Bossier/Shreveport!
My 5yo daughter and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Remingron while we were in town for Lainey Wilson concert. The rooms were unique, the facility was clean, and the staff was very pleasant, caring, and attentive. Valet option was great, considering I was the only person able to lug our luggage and park the car, but with valet, he helped me unload luggage and load it. That took a big...

Microwave didn't work, sheets and towels with stain, walls need repair and paint job.
Comfortable room. Excellent service. Very nice lady working the front desk. She was very helpful. The condition of room 225: Freezer in refrigerator was over iced and unusable. Bathroom door was battered and broken, the lower slat of its frame dropping onto the floor. The bathtub ledge had cigarette burns (This was a non smoking room) The white sheets on the bed although clean had grayed stains streaking...
I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Shreveport, and I have to say, for an $81 price tag, it was the best budget hotel experience I've had! While it’s not fancy and doesn’t offer any frills, the place was clean and modern enough to meet my needs. The room had a fresh feel, and I appreciated the straightforward amenities. What impressed me most was the overall value. It’s not my top choice if I’m looking...
It was totally awesome the best ever
Everything about our stay has been awesome. Every staff member I've talked to has been friendly and helpful. The room is larger than I've ever seen and very clean.
Very laid back atmosphere. The rooms were clean so I had to give 2 stars but many things were either not working or damaged. For instance, there was no bathroom light. Hallways were dingy and had spills on floor. Neighbors were friendly, but noisy until about 7am.

Hotel is nice and breakfast was a great start to the day. Could not connect to WiFi but it may have been my devices. Some front desk staff were short when they answered your question as If you were bothering them but the rooms are s nice and beds super comfy...I didn't want to leave
Horrible for accessible needs. All the hangers in the closet are behind the ironing board. Moving them to the right was a chore because they are the kind that attach to a round frame and the space available to the right of the ironing board was very limited - not enough for clothes to fit comfortably. However, there were serious safety issues in this room for those requiring accessible needs. Toilets...
Great stay, VERY clean, great breakfast, lounge and bar!! Great Location for a quick getaway!!! Need heat in their Jacuzzi, but definitely would recommend to ANYONE!!! I've stayed there 3 times in the past two months.
Awesome will stay there again if I'm in the area. Very clean, nice staff, and a great room. Located within a few minutes to wherever you want to be in the Shreveport and Bossier City area. While the pool and hot tub were the selling points when I booked the service was great. The breakfast they serve was one of the best I've had in my travels.

Hot shower late in the morning!!!! Comfortable bed Friendly staff Quiet ♥️
The room could use some major upgrades, parking was good. I missed breakfast so idk. The front desk lady was not professional at all. I think I was bothering her by interrupting her FaceTime call by asking for towels.
Staff was great, but the hotel needs a major face lift. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel. Needs to update everything
Hotel is older and worn, but appears clean. Location off highway is great with many food and retail options close by. Breakfast had typical hotel offerings. Common area furniture could use a refresh. Overall an okay stay for the money.
Great Stay at Comfort Suites Shreveport west I-20 Parking was very safe cameras and well lighted. Room was clean and they made up the room daily trash pick up, fresh towels, and made up bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot different meats, eggs, potatoes, sausage gravy every day (4).Breakfast bar was clean and it was kept stocked. Coffee was good. Waffle machine was in working order...
The room LOOKED clean but had an odor to it. I sprayed lysol and even a room spray, did not help.

The breakfast recipes, appearance, taste, presentation and creativity were all exceptional. This was, by far, the best breakfast that my husband and I have ever experiened when dining out at any restauratn, let alone, a bed and breakfast establishment.
Visited this B&B for a bridal shower and brunch. Very cute house, though there are several large cracks and peeling paint (at least in the main rooms downstairs). It was decorated for Christmas and the decor was just perfect! Food was good (mainly small finger foods), but the handmade pies for dessert were VERY good. Cherry was the winner at our table! The owners/hosts were cordial and took good...
Owner Jimmy is a southern gentleman, people person, who has some great stories to share as he serves the most delicious breakfast we have ever had at any B & B. We learned about Mayhaw jelly made there along with several other jellies. We bought his Cookbook. The entire home is an Antique museum that Wows you!
I spent my honeymoon at this B & B and it was wonderful. Quite, breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent.
We stayed a couple of nights. We were late coming to town so Jimmy and Brian left us alone so we could rest. The breakfast the next day was wonderful the fried pie was the best. Both were polite and very helpful with lunch and dinner suggestions. Enjoyed talking with Jimmy. I read about the beautiful Christmas decorations and can't wait to visit during that time.
Our stay here was just perfect! Bryan and Jimmie were excellent hosts and the room was an eclectic collection of charming history. Breakfast was fresh and the dining area is set up with long and small tables so people get an opportunity to chat with other guests if they want to. Also Bryan had given us a terrific recommendation to go to Maybry's for a special meal. Definitely need to make a reservation...
