A used needle was in the towel holder on the wall. My 12 year old daughter spot it while brushing her hair. I went to the lobby and the guy said he would “make note of it” so apparently this happens often. It looked like it had something still in it. Ugh! No one came to my room to remove it or see about it. Stains on the towels, blankets and sheets. Tables were dirty and grimy. Even the ice bucket was dirty and used. These rooms aren’t cleaned good at all and I understand the price but I’m still paying for clean bed and room. The only positive to the experience was the young women at the front desk at checkout.

The only positive was the clerk. She was incredibly sweet. The outside of the hotel was filthy. The inside was so bad we couldn't stay. There were holes and cig burns in the blankets and sheets, stains on them too! There were roach pieces on top of the ac! It was over all dirty! There were also very sketchy people everywhere too. Overall, it was disgusting. The receptionist was so sweet, she could work anywhere!

The customer service was excellent the people were nice and responded in a timely manner they just need to upgrade the motel and repaint it. The door had a hole in the bathroom in room 131; the towels were dirty; the sheets had stains on them; and something was wrong with the receiver on the phone because the people in the office couldn't hear me on the other end.. I should have took pictures

Needed a room just for the night and came upon this location. For the price of the room (not much cheaper than actual hotels) this place should at least put more effort into cleanliness. All the towels left in the room had nasty stains on them and the bed sheets had cigarette burns. I definitely will not come again if I was ever in this area

Room 215. Needed a cheap room to just sleep after a long roadtrip. Room was extremely dirty. All of the towels were not dry and old. All of them had stains, one even had small blood spots. Only thing missing in the room was roaches. I'm glad I only needed to sleep a few hours. I didn't even want to shower here because the room was so bad.
