Motel 6 Lafayette, LA in Lafayette

This is a very nice place to be at with the crew but when they start fixing the place just so happens of course my look we were here. The staff is very awesome. They fixed breakfast. It's very clean. But since they have been renovating it they have been having people that work here who act like the police and have reported to the owner certain things and you are no longer eligible to have company at night. And it's like walking on eggshells at times. Even though we are paying it doesn't matter because they are willing to put others out it's cold outside it's Christmas it's the holidays I think it's really sad. Miss Theresa Cami. Ciara or a really good people and they are out to help. The housekeepers are fine as well.nmrs Theresa. Is the best manager that they could possibly have. I feel for her because when things go wrong they call her 24/7. Not only do we but others as well. She has a heart and she lets us know about each and every rule when they come with with a new rule and lately they have been coming up with a new rule every couple of hours. I wish the owner would understand and the workers that this place is in the hood. This is not the Hilton and it is in a area where a lot of crime is. I really hate to see this. But I do think that this place will be empty by not allowing people to have company and so many rules. Like I said before especially the fact that it is cold outside and it's the holidays. If you get your money and we pay for what we stay we shouldn't have rules about who comes and who doesn't. Some people may not have people come visit him cuz they just don't have anybody. I really hope that this gets back to the owner so he can realize that this is not the Hilton or Beverly hills. And putting a date up is going to be horrible because so many people will just turn around and go somewhere else. I am grateful that we have a place to stay but it's not so great to have so many rules

We travel with dogs, so stay at Motel 6 as they are pet friendly! We have never been to Lafayette so we’re not familiar with this facility. The very first thing we noticed was the grounds are impeccably clean. Our room was clean. It was a pleasant surprise as motel six are not necessarily kept maintained well. This one was clean and comfortable. If we are ever back in the area, we will not hesitate to stay here.

Nice people over there .. The owner the staff. Everything's it perfect for the price!!! Ask the owner about the Mexican restaurent!
