Hotels in Baltimore

They had great customer service. From the valet service when you get there , to the help getting your bags out of your car and into your room, the staff at the Pendry Baltimore were top notch. Make sure to tip them well. Had a problem with my hotel bill and the front desk went the extra mile to resolve the problem.

Waitress in the bar area she was very rude & it was bought up to the shift manager! We needed to be out of our house for some maintenance work so we checked in here. They have changed ownership and are now Red Roof Inn NOT Days Inn. We got a room right away. It was clean nothing fancy, but had WiFi. Great Indian restaurant next door. We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room but it had clearly been used by smokers recently. Other than that, we were pleased with the choice.

The Indian buffet restaurant located inside, is well worth the money, under 10$ .I really didn't expect to like the food but was very surprised I did. You don't have to stay at hotel to enjoy the buffet either.

Rooms aren't particularly clean, nor up-to-date. Always missing something, or something isn't working right. BUT--- The owners/staff are very kind, and are genuinely interested in making you happy. They need to work on security....this DEFINITELY is an issue here. )

Came here with a dude but did not go into rental office with him. When I get a room here my experience is great. The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. The room was clean everything worked in the room. Any issues that I have in the room if there's no one available to resolve the issue they give me another room. My all around experience thus far has been great!! Keep up the good work.

There are certainly better hotels but there are certainly worse hotels as well. I feel like we paid too much but I was able to book online which is convenient.
