Room was great new clean modern Location of walkway outside of rooms was noisy late at night with loud drunk people late at night was the problem with the stay

A clean and comfortable location close enough to downtown to ride a bike or a quick drive, but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of of the amazing downtown area. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool looks like a blast, and the room itself has a great feel to it.

We ran into delays in getting to the hotel, but Sean at the front desk was great about it, and when we did arrive in the evening, we received a warm welcome from the woman staffing the desk at 7 p.m. or so. Modern room with great beach view. Well kept heated pool with cabana bar, and 3 fire pit areas on the property. Clean throughout. Front desk staff helpful and pleasant, all shifts. A shout out to Maurice for being so accommodating, he even offered us a ride to ferry area in his personal vehicle while we were waiting for the free bus on the last day, which we gladly accepted. My one complaint about this hotel is that there was no weatherstripping underneath the door facing the pool. The weekend was particularly windy, and every morning we woke up to a floor full of leaves and dirt blowing in from underneath the door.

I absolutely loved the hotel on this island. The location was fantastic, and the views were absolutely stunning. While the facilities were a bit dated, they were still very well-equipped. The ice machine provided ice, and the free parking was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite places to stay when I’m in PTown. The staff is amazing, restaurant, bar onsite, shuttle service into town and within walking distance of all the fun things to do! 1st floor rooms could use some updating.

Check in was easy and the employee at the desk was very friendly. Room had a beautiful view. Sheets and towels clean. Walkable distance to ocean and main street of provincetown. However, Room and bathroom very outdated, i opted not to take a shower because of the condition of the tub. Ceiling appeared to have mold on it. We stayed one frigid January night - we truly appreciated the fireplace in the room. What a beautiful spot! Quiet, central, very well-appointed.

The Ellery was top notch. The room was really cute, clean & comfortable. The private courtyard was really cool & comfy. Hot tub, sauna, & steam room were amazing. Convenient parking & convenient location, just minutes to shops & restaurants. The manager was super helpful & friendly. Had a great stay, would definitely visit again and recommend.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff we encountered could not have been nicer and more helpful to us.

It was truely as unique as Provincetown as a whole. We really enjoyed staying there and highly recommend it!

The property was modern and clean with plenty of cozy common areas to enjoy. We didn’t have time to go in the hot tub and sauna but they looked inviting. Our room was wonderful! We had a separate cottage suite with a private outside space a nice inside seating area. It was clean and attractive and comfortable. The host was amazing! I wish we had stayed longer.

Such a beautiful setting in the heart of P-Town! Our hosts Stan and Josh were so welcoming, making every effort to help us overcome our own scheduling issues (thank you!). We had the best time staying with Courtney at her B&B during the Feb snowstorm. The room had a fireplace to keep us warm and cozy and the breakfasts in the beautiful parlor were amazing. The quiches were perfection and the baked french toast was so good! I can't say enough on how Courtney was such a good host, always making sure we had everything. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were the only 2 guests staying at the inn on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Despite being the only 2 guests, Courtney went out of her way to ensure we were fed a delicious breakfast (best bacon ever) and that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The Somerset House Inn is a charming, historic home centrally located on Commercial Street. Innkeeper Courtney and her team do a great job to create a homey, warm environment. The breakfasts are substantial and delicious. Each room has its own character. Our king bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the quality bedding. We look forward to another stay this winter.
