Such a beautiful setting in the heart of P-Town! Our hosts Stan and Josh were so welcoming, making every effort to help us overcome our own scheduling issues (thank you!). Our room was lovely, super clean and breakfast (delivered to our door!) was delicious. The location on Commercial Street is ideal. We can’t wait for our next stay. Love the Queen Vic!

Our stay at Queen Vic was perfect! Clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, yummy breakfast and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back next year!! It is now our new favorite place!!!❤️

WOW! WOW! WOW! What a fantastic experience! Our original plan was to spend 2 nights in Provincetown, and we had booked the Queen Vic via a third-party site. They were the only pet-friendly property in town. Well, during our 24-hour drive from Florida, our remaining plans for the week changed significantly, allowing us to spend more time in Provincetown. We reached out to the Queen Vic directly, and Stan was so accommodating in allowing us to change the dates and add one more night. We enjoyed our stay and their guesthouse so much that we ended up extending our stay to a full 6 nights! Their hot breakfast (delivered to your room) was amazing every day. Stan, Josh, and their entire staff were so kind and accommodating. The entire place was clean, well cared for, and beautifully decorated. Its location was ideal, and their outdoor space, equipped with comfy furniture and fire pit, is ideally situated for people watching along Commercial Street. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Provincetown. While we didn't have any plans to visit the Cape in 2026, we are already reconsidering our travel schedule next year to incorporate a few nights at the Queen Vic!

This was our fourth stay at Queen Vic. We love everything about it, from the well appointed, clean and comfortable rooms to the cozy outdoor spaces with fire pit, hot tub and second story deck. It’s also conveniently located on Commercial Street. Josh‘s breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented each morning, delivered either to your room or on the patio or deck. Thank you Stan and Josh for another wonderful getaway!

We had a delightful stay. This B&B is conveniently situated along the west end of Commercial and very well run. The bed was super comfortable. The back deck and front were relaxing places to hang out, and the hot tub was clean. Stan was an exceptional host who gave us plenty of great ideas for our stay (things to do, where to eat, etc) and was also very friendly and all around helpful. We will definitely want to stay there again.

Queen Vic exceeded all my expectations. Kindest service ever. Special mention to comfy bed and pillows. Our room was spotless and cosy. QueenVic is well located in center of Provincetown, everything is within walking distance. Recommend!

Simply one of the best B&B’s in Provincetown. Location, quality of service and the happy atmosphere make this the perfect stay. If the owners could control the weather they would. If you can get a room TAKE IT!

My husband and I took a quick get away recently. The owners of Queen Vic were so nice. Breakfasts were excellent. Lots of places in the property for privacy and quiet. I loved the rooftop deck and the many sitting areas. Will definitely return there another time and recommend this to friends. The rooms were meticulously clean and well stocked. We lived being able to walk everywhere to enjoy that great town.
