The staff was great and the hotel is clean. They missed on the amenities. The lounge wasn’t stocked and coffee machine needed easy maintenance so it wasn’t available. The retail machines had Starbucks as offers but were empty.

The room was dirty, hair in the shower, crumbs on the counter, dust on the heat vent. The body wash in the shower was empty and only 2 towels were provided. The pillows are lumpy and in sure need

The price of the room was good, the breakfast buffet was good, the hotel staff was amazing.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. I would give them highest marks across the board if not for the truly terrible food -- for example, I ordered the squash soup and it tasted like liquid pumpkin pie filling, far too sweet. The waitress noted I didn't eat much of it but didn't offer me a refund. I ordered pizza through room service and it was also disappointing.

The front desk staff were kind, however, overall the hotel wasn’t very comfortable. The room was freezing without a way to adjust the temperature. Towel replacement was questionable and new water bottles weren’t provided the last couple of days.

Everything was great. Shuttle for the game i would recommend for the way there but not after as the line was extreme at the stadium.

For staying one night, the Sheraton was comfortable and convenient. I had a very good stay.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could.

The front desk reassigned our room to another guest after we had already checked in. My wife and daughter were alone in the room when a stranger that had just been checked-in, walked into our room using a working key card.

The hotel never contacted us to apologize or explain what happened.

This is a serious security issue that could have put my family in danger. Completely unacceptable experience.
