Paper thin walls, you can hear everything in adjacent rooms which made it nearly impossible to sleep at night and construction during the day. Parking is $30 a day and the parking gates don’t work half the time.

The Hotel seemed like a great place u til you realize that there is a $30 parking fee fo daily parking. I will not be CB posing this hotel again for business or personal

Everything but my breakfast was excellent. My daughter and I were on a time crunch at checkout in the morning. We went down for breakfast 40 minutes before we needed to get our stuff out of the room. I ordered just a side of bacon for me and a creme Brule oatmeal for my daughter. It took 30 minutes to get my bacon and 40 minutes to get my daughter's oatmeal. Which, by the way, was just plain Oatmeal and not what we ordered. Before anyone says, maybe it was busy. I’ll tell you, there were only 4 or 5 tables and maybe 8 to 10 people in the place. They did offer to comp my order, but I still left 5 dollars on the table to cover the wrong oatmeal my daughter was forced to eat. I grew up in Ypsi and remember when this hotel was built and opened.

The room available was not the room reserved. Front desk staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. We will never stay at this property again.

Hotel service is awesome. The new HVAC systems are a touch loud.

The room was very clean, the view beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very nice.

The toilet handle was broken however and the heater didn't heat properly. It smelled like burning dust when it came on and would blow cold air once it reached it's desired temperature. A shock to the system because it was 40 degrees outside and it's not very comfortable when your heating unit decides to blow cold air. Despite the heat function being selected in the wall. The knobs were also broken on the unit. The heater / AC units DEFINITELY need replacing. It's time.

Easy accessibility to I94. Parking great, check-in easy, great location with safety.

Lovely area. Really enjoyed the nearby park to walk around the lake. Wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was nice, however ******* showed having a pool but there wasn’t one. We also had a hidden fee of paying $20 for parking.
