The staff was great and the hotel is clean. They missed on the amenities. The lounge wasn’t stocked and coffee machine needed easy maintenance so it wasn’t available. The retail machines had Starbucks as offers but were empty.

The room was dirty, hair in the shower, crumbs on the counter, dust on the heat vent. The body wash in the shower was empty and only 2 towels were provided. The pillows are lumpy and in sure need

The price of the room was good, the breakfast buffet was good, the hotel staff was amazing.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. I would give them highest marks across the board if not for the truly terrible food -- for example, I ordered the squash soup and it tasted like liquid pumpkin pie filling, far too sweet. The waitress noted I didn't eat much of it but didn't offer me a refund. I ordered pizza through room service and it was also disappointing...

The front desk staff were kind, however, overall the hotel wasn’t very comfortable. The room was freezing without a way to adjust the temperature. Towel replacement was questionable and new water bottles weren’t provided the last couple of days.

‘Twas swell. They overbooked but gave us the best room available- which was twice the price of the original. Overall nice. Comfy bed too.

This was a last-minute hotel stay, but I was very satisfied. The check-in staff were very friendly and polite, the room was clean, and I could also store my luggage. It was a great experience.

There's a Chase store and a supermarket nearby. Bus number 23 goes directly to both the North and Central campuses. Booking early offers better value.

The Hotel seemed like a great place u til you realize that there is a $30 parking fee fo daily parking. I will not be CB posing this hotel again for business or personal

Everything but my breakfast was excellent. My daughter and I were on a time crunch at checkout in the morning. We went down for breakfast 40 minutes before we needed to get our stuff out of the room. I ordered just a side of bacon for me and a creme Brule oatmeal for my daughter. It took 30 minutes to get my bacon and 40 minutes to get my daughter's oatmeal. Which, by the way, was just plain Oatmeal...

Hotel service is awesome. The new HVAC systems are a touch loud. Matt at the bar is great

The room was very clean, the view beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very nice. The toilet handle was broken however and the heater didn't heat properly. It smelled like burning dust when it came on and would blow cold air once it reached it's desired temperature. A shock to the system because it was 40 degrees outside and it's not very comfortable when your heating unit decides...

Easy accessibility to I94. Parking great, check-in easy, great location with safety.

My stay at Even hotel located in Ann Arbor Mi was wonderfully. The room was super clean, the entire staff rather at the front desk or cleaning the rooms were all polite and pleasant. The hotel is in a very good location , conveniently near the highway/freeway as well as numerous

The room had a few issues. Nothing horrible just the shower glass could’ve been cleaned better. The toilet paper is hard to reach from the toilet the shower doors to get in are extremely close to the toilet so if you are bigger like me then it’s a little harder to get into. The lamps and the headboards were dusty. The front desk guy was amazing very helpful and funny. Even with the few small issues...

We enjoyed our one-night New Year's Eve stay here. The room was nice, exercise equipment in the room was an interesting touch. Only disappointment was the cool temperature and dirtiness of the pool. It appears the pool needs a good scrubbing of the tile walls. We did ask management if the heat of the pool could be increased, twice, but it didn't feel warmer.

I would love to give them a higher star rating, but I feel like I'm watching this hotel go downhill. My husband really enjoys staying at this hotel when we're in town and it has always been a really nice and clean place to stay. But the last couple of days have just been not that great. The staff is great, very friendly and very helpful, but the hot tub has been down the last couple of times we stayed...

Staff was fine. Hairdryer didn’t work. Got another finally from housekeeping. Blinds in room were damaged. Noone ever showed up to fix.

Property was nice and well maintained, thought there was a continental breakfast but there wasn’t, we could have ordered food at the hotel restaurant but chose not to because of the expensive limited options. The pool area was freezing as was the pool itself. The hot tub was hot but the jets weren’t working. I had seen a game room advertised but there wasn’t one…bathroom in the room was not very clean
