The staff were very friendly and professional. Not too much interaction but, that's what they aim for.

No constructive feedback at all as my stay was one night and uneventful.

Booked here for location, which was ideal for downtown area. The staff was friendly and helpful, including third party valet service which I highly recommend.
My air unit didn’t blow cold air so that’s a thing. Secondly, I’m all for all families with kids to be on same floors. Kids were screaming at 1130pm running down halls. Not cool.

Area of downtown that gets very quiet at night, and even the valet closes at midnight. Easy walk to capital or Lugnut baseball stadium. No shops or cafes locally at night. Really comfortable rooms, very nice staff. A pleasant stay.

easy access to MSU, but roads are pothole filled!
Parking NOT included with price to stay-and NOT convenient for out of state MSU parent going back/forth to hotel. Will not stay again due to this issue.

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. There was only 1 elevator working during our 3 day stay, so waits were long. The pool was closed for service 2 of the 3 days as well.

Exceptional stay
We booked this hotel for a family wedding in the Lansing area. The hotel was clean. I can't say enough great things about the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The parking attendants were friendly and prompt with our car. We asked about food around the area. They gave us a great recommendation and a map on how to get their. The staff made our stay exceptional. Customer service is lacking in so many places on a days. But every staff person we talked with were friendly and helpful. All smiles. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Large pool. We stayed on floor 11 with a view of the river and it was incredible. Staff was friendly and fast with accommodations (extra bedding)

The restaurant menu online didn’t match the menu in the restaurant! Very frustrating! Very expensive!

Heating unit in room made loud banging noises all night. I kept waking me up and I hardly slept.
Told staff and they said they would make a note about it.
Would not go there again.

great location near all the gov offices. not much facilities, just the room. a bit dated but it was clean. would stay there again
