OYO Hotel O Jackson I-55 North in Jackson

The WORST travel experience by far. If i could rate it zero stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he’d been driving 15 hours and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I paid for the reservation online in full prior to arrival. Once arriving to the posted address, he was advised that the location was closed and they moved up the street. Upon arrival to the new address, he was denied check in and told there were no rooms. After calling Oyo customer service, they tried to reach the location by phone to address the issue to which they couldn’t get an answer. From there, all the support offered was they would “escalate the issue and get back to me”. While asking when they would have a solution, I was advised 48 HOURS. I then contacted *******, who also tried to contact the property multiple times with no success. This location was terrible and customer support was absolutely useless. NEVER recommend staying with this hotel under any circumstances.

Hotel was sold last month and no longer exists. I could not check in. Door was locked and no one was there. I paid for a hotel room that is nonexistent.
I want a refund on my credit card.
It is fraudulent to collect money for nonexistent hotel rooms

Worthless Dump
No hot water or TV ,crack in the walls and doors.Wouldn't stay there again even if they paid me to stay

The pictures I took of the OYO “place”, I can’t even call it a hotel, tell the story! The accommodations are absolutely deplorable in every way. THEY HAVE NO working TVs in any of the rooms!!! Then the OYO had the nerve to ask for a $50 deposit, which is actually non-refundable because it won’t be returned no matter how hard you try. They don’t even tell you that they have no Working TVs, they lie and tell you that maintenance will be by to check it out. They only had 3 dingy towels in the room for a party of 4 and 1 of those was a DISH TOWEL! Because the owners of the OYO are so dishonest, they treat their guests like liars and theifs. I had to ask the front desk for EVERYTHING. When I was given an IRON, they said for me to PLEASE RETURN IT-go figure? Who does that?

i could not checkin. although there was a lite open sign, no one was thete. when i tried calling, there was a three option message. the option that i chose was a transfer into nowhere. this occurred around 11:30pm on october 5th. Bottom line i received no service.

I never got the room. I was told there where no more rooms available. Eventhough i booked online at least 8 hours before my arrival.

The worst motel in the world!
Stop stop stop don’t even consider staying at this dump. This has been the worst motel I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at some dumps. Roach infested ******* ***** the whole 9 yards runaway. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place look at the pictures.

This was the worst place I've ever been to in my whole entire life the place is supposed to be under reconstruction and the place is look like a bandon hotel when you first pull up to it I'm talking about curtains hanging everywhere I'm talking about it looks disgusting and very scary so I thought I had the wrong address so I think the lady come out and I go up in there so tell me on the second third floor so please so I told her no I got rides in my back and I have a whole little baby that cannot I'm not going to be walking up no 3rd 2nd and 3rd you know Florida give me the first floor we went into the rooms on the first floor I'm talking about that was abandoned basically it was like literally like someone you know how they shut down the whole building and they all they move over whatever to a whole new location and they leave little stuff behind that's how the room is it's concrete floors is no it's raw floors no no Kurt no carpet no talents or anything on the floor just strip bare floor the couch the little couch they had in there I swear it was basically like it came from out of abandoned building it has been sitting for like about 3-4 years or whatever and this is no exaggeration took pictures I'm talking about not a damn child not a FaceTime not a bar soap not nothing when the the bear wasn't making the old bears or whatever that needs to be throughout we'll need to put in the room was stripped basically I'm talking about there is the curtain will strip off the floor the the wall where it was only hanging from two little curtain hooks and the so half of it was hanging where the window was basically exposed the door got so much space from the top to the side you can see it's like an inch from the door like literally you can see outside of your toy like look through the crack look through the side the crack of the door you can see outside you can see people walking past you can see all that so basically you are exposed to that so if somebody want to pick your lock they can do that because that's how much open space it is with the door when I say there's no chain on that door or nothing I was pissed and then it was no TV no microwave no TV no refrigerator none of those things so I'm looking like what what's going on so the air conditioner barely even work so I'm looking like what the hell are you kidding me so the lady buy me towels over there for me she brought me towels she only brought us a hand towel and a body towel like a small body towel or whatever so I'm looking so basically the place should be shut down and it should not be open back up ever in life until they are literally done with it should not be open for the public if your call yourself under construction back nobody should do that like the news people need to come out there and then they got the nurses a night like they cannot that's that's preposterous like you're planning on people intelligence when you do stuff like that and the sad that they will come to the communities or

I’m not staying in this hotel. I can’t check in. Nobody on the reception. And also it’s unsafe and trashy place.
