Hotels in Jackson

The people there were very helpful (other than not knowing the answers to some questions that they should know, like whether kids pay adult prices for breakfast) and friendly. Yes, the area around the hotel is sadly run down, and there aren't many things to do (anymore) within walking distance. I really hope the area overall can recover, but that's not a reflection of the hotel itself. Unfortunately...

The only problem we encountered is not having enough towels we asked for towels , called the front desk twice and never got any. As being a luxury hotel extra towels should be available upon request

Decent Hotel is decent and beds were comfy. Bar in hotel is very expensive ($8 for a beer). You also get charged an extra $28 for valet parking that you have to do per night. This hotel is in a not so nice part of Jackson. We did enjoy the Iron Horse Grill around the corner. Greta food, drinks and music.

The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff provided friendly, attentive service.

I have prepaid 1545.57 RMB for the room, but they deducted 175.08 USD for the room. The deposit was 100 USD, but they deducted 4.95 USD, saying it was a parking lot. I came here by train, not by car! ***************

I don't understand why you have to pay $179 for ONE night and breakfast isn't included in the stay! That's crazy. Other hotels offer a free breakfast. But you have to pay for theirs? Room was good, the pool area was closed because water was on the floor. But our stay was Ok!

This property was under construction. To be renovated they should have closed.

Facilities were very nice. My only complaint us that there was no microwave to warm food. Other than that I would definitely recommend this to all my friends especially those traveling from out of state

Easy to get to from highway. Nice rooms and staff.

The staff was nice and the Breakfast Bistro was amazing. This property does show it's age a bit. I've stayed in some other Courtyard properties that had been renovated more recently. Overall my stay was a pleasant one.

This place is pretty beat up. It’s dirty, some things don’t work, writing on the walls, etc. But I’m giving it 4 stars because the service was so great. The young man who helped me check in was so kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my stay. It’s cheap, good service, and you have a bed and roof over your head! What more do you need?

I had a really great time at Inns of America, loved it so much, I want to move there. The Staff was very helpful and friendly! Hope to visit sometime soon!
