The door didnt work for most of my stay in 2 rooms so anytime I wanted to leave had to have staff escort me to and from. The jet tubs in the room didnt work and that is why I booked that room class. Also toilet paper not replenished and room not tended to for two days of full week when I requested it for each day.

Unfortunately nothing worked with our stay here.

We were moved from rooms 3 times.
First room the toilet wasnt working - made us repack and go back to the lobby
Second room they sent us to wasn't cleaned up. Guess what, back down and wait for a room.
Third rooms key lock wasnt working, and we were left waiting in the hallway for a while.
Fourth room all of the above worked and so we stayed but the TV would turn itself down after 10 seconds. We were too tired and just stayed.

Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk tried to do her best but she was short staffed, or something wasnt ok here. She said we would be refunded in full. Guess what, didnt happened either. Very unfortunate.

Just awful overall experience at this Hilton. The hotel overall is quite run down. The area is just unsafe. Would not recommend it.

First the Hotel keys didn’t work for the room or elevator….The shower door was broken and the sheets were stained in the first room. The nice staff moved us to another room…The new room ac unit was loud and the tub wasn’t draining property. Finally the hotel ran out of clean towels!

They ran out of key cards so we had to use our digital keys on our phone and the digital keys did not work on the elevator to get to and from my room.

Do not stay here!!!!!! I felt completely unsafe. The staff would rude. After two nights, we ask for toilet paper & towels because our room had not been cleaned or supplies replenished, we were told we could pick up toilet paper but they had no clean towels. The water was brown like the color of coffee. Unhoused folks were sneaking in the hotel. The only nice person on site was the valet parking attendant named J. Breakfast buffet cost 14.95 and they didn’t even have any eggs. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this place.

First room was filthy(Togo containers everywhere, wet towels, irty sheets). Second room slightly better. 30 dollars for valet and could not access my car for needed medication. Took me over an hour to get in to room with no line at desk. Just no one there. 8pm

The people there were very helpful (other than not knowing the answers to some questions that they should know, like whether kids pay adult prices for breakfast) and friendly. Yes, the area around the hotel is sadly run down, and there aren't many things to do (anymore) within walking distance. I really hope the area overall can recover, but that's not a reflection of the hotel itself. Unfortunately, the hotel was out of: soap in the lobby bathroom (some was in a cup that you could pour into your hand), as well as paper towels, shampoo and body wash in the shower dispenser, coffee cups, pool towels were out but we got some an hour or so after we asked.
Really nice people doing their best in a hotel that was once amazing. I hope they can come back from this, but I feel like they will shut down soon.

The only problem we encountered is not having enough towels we asked for towels , called the front desk twice and never got any. As being a luxury hotel extra towels should be available upon request

The whole experience was very bad. The rooms are dirty, the elevator is dirty. My sheets had holes in them, the room safe had an error code and would not work. I was locked out of my room three times
