Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and large. Bathrooms were spacious. Lobby and bar had great places to sit and work and eat.

We had a beautiful view of Crown Plaza decorated for Christmas. Food, and staff were wonderful.

It was great till the last day! Early the last morning! Someone was doing construction or repairs!!! Woke us up!

There was someone else’s old food left in the refrigerator. Trash was not emptied, no towels were replaced during our 3 day stay!

The room was clean, staff was so helpful and personable. The food at the restaurant was very good. It was quiet. Would stay again.

The staff were helpful throughout the four days I was there. The room was comfortable and clean. The only concern I had was there was no one to help me navigate my large bags upon checkin or checkout. Thankfully my kind taxi driver assisted each time.

Staff was nice. Cleanliness of the bathroom inside our room could of used some work. The guys that we doing the painting/remodeling whete outside throwing stuff in the big dumpster pretty late at night was difficult to get the kids to sleep.

I did not have a chance to have the breakfast but the hotel and my room was very clean. The only issue was the mini-fridge did freeze my yogurt even after adjusting a few times.

Had such a great experience from start to finish! We didn’t want to leave! We definitely plan to be back and will use the Holiday Inn Express hotel chains in other areas when we pass by! Everything was clean, well manicured, and great customer service!

I left a blanket and went back same day 2 hrs later for the front desk said she would get with house keeping following day, mind you I didn’t live there hint is why we used hotel stay. So we called 6 other times before finally admitting they had the blanket after many promised unreturned calls.

It was fine, the internet was slow, coffee was not available in the lobby and so on but it was ok

We had to wait several minutes while she took a call. Never understand why phone calls take precedence over live persons. In addition, the key card that she gave us did not work and we had to wait several more minutes for her to come up to correct it. We ended up having to change rooms. Not major problems, but unnecessary inconveniences.

Staff are corteus ,on my 3rd day i put the tag to make upmy room but, nobody clean it. Breakfast is ok. Free shuttle to airport is nice.

The staff was nice but the place is old an in desparate need up a redo. My room floor was very uneven and fumiture was cheap. AC/ heat unit sounded like a leaky window on a car going down the hiway.

The staff on the night of January 2nd truly needs more hospitality and tourism training. The treatment and the difficulties we encountered during check-in were awful. The check-out process went smoothly, but it was handled by a different employee., The breakfast needed more variety, but the place was clean. Jetts on the jacuzzi didnt work. Water DID get hot quickly. Large cold breeze under the ac/heat union after looking it was held up a 2x4. Furniture in the room was broke down. Tv on dresser with a large tv mount exposed above. Closet mirror was janky try to close. Not enough towels (2)for being a rm with jacuzzi. Crumbs on top of fridge. Table seemed not wiped down. Room felt grimey.

The staff was kind. The room was clean and smelled well. It was great for what I needed it for.

Only real issue is they have heavily perfumed or otherwise sprayed something in the hallway. Over powering but at least not in the room.

The ironing board was extremely wobbly and nearly tipped over. No water could be put in the iron. It was broke. Something on our kids doona so I took them to change them out. The waffle mixture tasted a little off. Otherwise it wasn’t too bad for a one night stay. It was 3 minutes from an appointment we needed to be to the next morning. It was average I would stay.

Parking is tight especially if you drive a regular size pickup. The breakfast was very limited. On the positive, the room was clean & it was quiet. If we fly out of Kansas City again, we'd definitely consider staying here again.

Service is very friendly! I've stayed here a few times and they have always gone out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Hotel has been upgraded/remodeled. Also dog friendly.

Room is nice looking, bed is really comfy, but the room smells wet. We couldn't tell if the sheets were damp or not. I suspect the building floods often, new paint/laminate wood floor/rubber molding.

In general, everything was great. Our room, however, had the restroom outside the room. Outside of that, we enjoyed our stay.

The in keeper was very nice and welcoming. The room was well kept and appointed.

Beefsteak at the Rieger- DO IT!! If you don’t know what it is (I was a newbie this year) look it up. And BOOK IT next year! This place is really special. Just moved from Seattle and it definitely rivals any restaurant there. I’m excited to go for a regular dinner service soon. Nice work, chef and staff!

Incredible dinner spot. Love that they incorporate local, seasonal ingredients. Overall a fabulous experience and definitely can’t wait to return for date night or an evening out with the girls!

Rabbit wings were fantastic, as were pickled potatoes. Good selection of cocktails. Other nice food choices were available. Good service. Happy hour was a good experience for our party of seven.

Property needs to be updated. Very old looking and needs to be cleaner. Walking distance to Arrowhead.

Super clean, plenty of spacewith a microwave and refrigerator, tons of cable television channels and a wholesome buffet breakfast. Very satisfied and we'll be back!
