Good Breakfast. Extra $3.50 charge at check-in. Nice room. Very roomy & clean. Floors in lobby needed cleaned because of snow & salt. They would have had plenty of time at night to clean. It looked like an accumulation of many days. Overall good stay.

Needs some updating, breakfast was very limited, locks on room door needed work. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size.

Check in person was very friendly. Room was ice cold when we first arrived at 8:45pm. Outside temp was 15 degrees and they had the heat completely off in the room. Set the heat to 90 to heat room quickly and its blowing lukewarm at best. Literally only a few sheets of toilet paper on roll and no extra in the bathroom. Would not recommend at all.

Dead plants everywhere. Hallway bathrooms dirty and unstocked or broken. Ceiling tiles stained from leaks. Breakfast was awful. Rooms were ok. Clean for the most part but beds are low and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly but not every present. Not sure why cost was so high second night.

We stayed in room 104 the water pressure was very weak and there was very little hot water. This made taking a shower uncomfortable.

The hot is just run down and dirty. Just stayed one night. Had to switch rooms right away because a/c unit didn’t work. In new room a/c really loud. Tv channels terrible. Can’t stream. Just dirty. Plus the entire place smells strongly of cleaning chemicals.

Relatively clean hotel. Breakfast was reasonable. Workout room didn't have one dumbbell that had another matching-weight dumbbell, but the treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical were in working order; and no cleaning clothes in the room to clean the equipment.
Some room issues we had included: shower that leaked causing standing water in bathroom and in the entry way to the room; missing toilet paper holder; and a tv remote that was difficult to figure out how the tv worked - only able to watch up to 2 channels, and there was nothing to tell us how to use it. Told the front desk, they said they would send someone up to help us out, but that never happened. From a security stand point, one of the side doors would close on it's own, but if you did push it shut, you couldn't unlock it with key card and had to walk around to the front.
Overall, inexpensive hotel, but you get what you pay for.

The hot tub was an awkward shape but it was a fun addition to the room. We liked where we parked cause we could see our vehicle from one of the 4 windows we had in our room (we loved the space and natural light). The room itself was impressive and we were very comfortable. The only thing I found wrong is that the staff was hard to find. You kind of have to hang around the front desk for a few minutes every single time and eventually someone will come see what you need. It’s strange to see such a nice lobby without any staff.

Pictures look nicer than the rooms in person. I didn’t like the sink being outside of the bathroom making getting ready intrusive to people sleeping.

Never again
Room wasn’t very clean. The walls the baseboards the shower. the bed was a platform bed but was so hard to sleep on a stay asleep. The frig had food inside of it from other guests. My door room was wide open upon my arrival.
My overall I would not stay there ever again. BUT the young lady at the front desk was super sweet & very helpful.
