This hotel was really amazing. It smelled really clean when I walked in my room. Also, because I really needed the hotel by 3pm or even before 3, the woman at the front desk allowed me to check in early for a small fee. Even though it was $160, I was grateful that I was able to get a hotel room. Everything was great! The bed was very comfortable . The bathroom was clean and well kept. Now a days hotels are so expensive just for 1 night stay. Many people are paying over $300 just to stay for 1 night but when I was informed to pay $160 just for that day I was shocked and truly amazed. I will be attending this hotel again!!! 😊
Room was fine. Towel hook in the bathroom was falling out of the drywall. Staff is friendly. The hotel nickels nd dimes you for everything ($10 if you want to check out after 10 am, $10 if you don't turn off the electricity, $10 if you check in before 4pm) and they room is overpriced for no amenities. The "gym" is a joke and there is just bagels for breakfast. Also there was a crackhead trying to break into my room last night.
Arrived from airport before check-in; they wouldn't let me check in. I fell asleep on their couch waiting. No hot water. No breakfast (even though it says 6:30 to 9:30 a.m.) just coffee. Vending machines broken. Staff rude. Asked for my credit card; didn't tell me it was for me to pay them to clean the room when I left! Nasty carpets, halls smell like weed. Awful less than 24-hour stay. Will never do it again! And the room was paid by my company so I have told them they hide fees and are not a recommended booking hotel for travel.
Room 224 did not have working blow dryer or iron. Come to find out that their breakfast consisted of coffee and a bagel. Mind you I paid $400 for a room. The back entrance does not lock so anybody can just walk in.The person at the front desk does not answer the phone nor do they smile or say thank you or your welcome. I get better treatment at motel 6
Upon arrival no shower curtain in room when called for this said to come and get the linen for the pull out bed. Then gave my child the shower curtain and told us to put it up ourselves. No breakfast options. Our room keys stopped working after the first night and had to be re keyed to get in paid a lot of money on booking for room and see cheaper prices listed now. Also the entire hotel smelled of weed. We had to tell them if our room smelled when we checked in or would have been charged a 250 fee as if it was us that smoked. Even the elevator smelled of it
The rooms were clean and ready at check in. The staff was nice and courteous. Parking was always available. We didn't try any of the food, but there is a convenience store next door for any snacks/drinks if the vending machines inside the hotel don't have what you want. It's located right by the highway, so it's easy to get to other parts of the area without having to navigate a bunch of potentially unfamiliar streets. Also, shout out to Milque Toast Cafe, it's right down the street and has amazing food.
I stayed here to visit my husband. My husband didn't really like it; his coworkers had to go to the front desk to talk to the staff because the housekeeper would just give them towels but wouldn't empty trash or make the beds so trash was building up. I had the DO NOT D|STURB sign on the door I was laying on the bed fully dressed (thank GOD) a housekeeper came all the way in the room without knocking or saying housekeeping and waited until I turned my head and said Sorry and Left. I find that really disrespectful besides that it was okay.

I ordered food from the Cafe Avyan. It was disgusting. The coleslaw was caked in mayo, not mixed. The sandwich was lunch meat in store-bought bread with cheap cheese. What a waste of money.. Please save your money - go somewhere else. A Ralley's dumpster would be better.
To the management: shame on you. You've prostituted and perverted a cultural meal into a cheap way to rip people off. I'm confident the market will correct itself and push you out of business. When that day comes please think of me and all the other unsuspecting customers you stole from.

Location was great for freeway access and proximity to the Cherokee St district. Price was good for the quality. Rooms were spacious with a pullout bed in addition to two double beds. Linens/towels/etc were good for the price. Breakfast was mediocre and not complimentary.
