The gentleman at the bar was amazing. Great conversation the food. Was great I got your hot wings and sweet potato fries. Front desk, staff overnight and day staff was amazing. Very kind.

It’s a good hotel to stay and the staff was very helpful. I was surprised that the manager of the hotel when I needed somebody to pick my bag he went and picked them himself so I thank him for that and that’s how managers should be always.

Our room stayed at 77 degrees despite setting the air conditioner on 64 (the lowest it would go). Also, the air conditioner was so loud! It ran from the time we walked into the room until we left the next day. The room was also out of conditioner.

Beautiful property, loved sitting by the pool (in some shade!) … the svc by the is excellent! Chaise lounge chairs are super Uncomfortable to sit & read, however. A very satisfactory hotel overall. It was excellent, clean, and hygienic. There was a shower instead of a bathtub, and the mattress was comfortable. It was very quiet after the air conditioning was turned off. There's a paid parking lot right next to the hotel, which is convenient and costs $30 USD per day.

Great location! Our room had a view of the Arch! The room was very clean and tidy, and quite spacious too! The 24-hour tea and coffee service was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but comprehensive and satisfactory. However, the $30 parking fee seemed a bit steep, especially since there was ground parking next door advertised for $10.

Amazing staff! Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.

This hotel is in need of some updating. The hinge was broken on the cabinet below the TV. The mattress should be replaced. Breakfast on our last day they were completely out of oatmeal and pancake batter. The water was left from the day before and no ice was added. Next time I will try a different hotel.

The price is similar to the Super 8 but it is much better than the Super 8 I have stayed in before. It is best not to choose a room on the side of the highway as it is very noisy at night. This hotel is no longer part of the Holiday Inn chain

We stayed here as we were passing through on our way to visit our brother at basic training graduation in fort Leonard wood. Staff treated us like regulars and the amenities were beautiful. Our room was cozy and comfortable with a lot of charm.

We have stayed here before and had the same delayed check-in experience. The lobby is full of guests waiting for a room an hour or more past check in time of 4pm. People have plans, cranky kids, need to change etc and this is unacceptable. Many properties have adapted the “no daily room service unless requested” policy. Stayed at Days Inn in St Louis downtown and had a clean nice room. Breakfast was free with cereals bread pancakes and coffee. Room size was just fine and comfortable. Dining area was small and limited in space. Rooms were cleaned every day which was a big plus. Free parking was available but surroundings felt like abandoned business areas.
