Overall, it was very nice. The shuttle bus is easy to get around, the pool, hotel, and rooms are clean, breakfast isn't European but it's okay, and you can help yourself to the buffet for a flat rate of $15 plus tax. Parking is $20 plus tax, which is on top of the cost. What I like about this chain is that the amenities are basically the same everywhere.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was included with our particular room and it was pretty good. The pineapple offered at bfast was actually very good and fresh. The coffee there was not great, though. The shuttle was hit or miss. Ideally, it would be nice to have more reliable to and from Transportation to the strip, but it has fairly limited to and from times to the strip not only...
It's across a main road from the central avenue, and you should be able to walk there, passing through a few hotels. We drove there first, but it was difficult to park, so we called an Uber, which cost $10-15 each way. Breakfast is OK, parking is charged.
Not too bad. But it is a bit far away from city. Everything its good, just the breakfast normal.
It is across the street from the ***** without a car you will have to take a taxi every time
The room is fully equipped with microwave and coffee machine. The location is also very good, next to Chinatown and very close to the Las Vegas Strip. You can reach the airport in 10 minutes by car.

First time at this location. For a long stay the setup is great. Kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Two bedrooms. I'd say rooms are showing a bit of wear and tear. But not gross or anything. Patio looking over pool plus large family room with TV that allows casting. No food or bar onsite is a negative. Points seem lower than normal Hilton and there is no diamond recognition or upgrade options. Good...
Since we would be staying four nights in Vegas, we decided to stay in something larger than an average hotel room. This was very nice. Two bedroom, two bathrooms, a living area, kitchen with eating area, and a nice patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with cups, plates, and such. It was such a comfortable and very clean suite / apartment. The grounds were very well maintained and clean. All the staff...
Quiet place but convenient location
it is suitable for famliy vacation, it is quiet, clean and most import is wash machine in your room.
Had issues with payment and recognising it was pre-paid, had to pay again, until the issues is resolved with HQ (not a pleasant start to double the cost until they fix their mistake). Still no idea what the issue was.
Staff were helpful and friendly, I can not fault the reception or service team. A bit pushy on the price-share to visit experiences sales pitch.
Rooms are satisfactory, has everything...
Recently stay there for 3 nights, entire rooms and bathrooms are clean and it was very spacious. 2 bedrooms with tv, 2 bathroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer, feel like an apartment style hotel. The location was close by to the strip and it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. Get a daily text from staff members to check up on me if I need anything which is nice. Didn’t get the chance to chill...

Spacious room.
Very close to outlet.
Not far to Strip.
Friendly staff.
A newer property that has an excellent staff.
Breakfast is buffet style, but the staff still serves the beverages and tends to your needs while dining.
They could turn the water temperature up for the shower, though.
Beautiful and spacious room. Nice, friendly and professional front desk staff. Shuttle is easy and quick. Happy with our stay
Absolutely amazing, good scenery
Room is clean and staffs are good. But beware of the breakfast included ad. We grabbed breakfast buffet knowing (in the ad that said breakfast included) we ended up getting charged 17$+ per person attendant saying it is not included.
Washer and dryer were out of order (both), refrigerator had a missing leg (try to open and it was hard to open due to tilt), bar/grill couldn't serve due to computer down (could have written room # down).

The grounds and pool area were nice and well kept. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. This hotel does not allow smoking but some people were smoking skunk ****. You could smell it in the hallways. It should not be allowed or tolerated! Don't understand why it is not dealt with. Biggest complaint is the smell of SKUNK!! Time to clean it up. This hotel has a lot of potential to be...
While the location and pricing was great, the hotel had a faint pet order throughput sine that allow pets. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when I needed to extend my stay for a day. My room was very spacious. The one thing that was disturbing, was the fact that a sock remained on the stairwell my entire stay (4 nights).
Great breakfast in the mornings, clean hotel altogether, security acts funny at times but nothing that would prevent me from staying again..
Pet friendly place. Not bad for the price. Bedding and bath were clean. The kitchenette is bare bones. Working fridge and micro and storage cabinets, but that's all. Kind of a coffee maker. One cup with little filters pre filled with coffee.Fridge was kind of noisy. All that's provided in product is shampoo, conditioner and soap. Forgot my lotion, so that wasn't making me happy. Security is...
This was a serviceable hotel in most aspects. Beds and sheets were clean, room was comfortable. Certain aspects of the hotel were run down, the bathroom had a few odd stains in the bathtub. There seemed to be a lack of upkeep on longer term elements of the room. Overall alright but you can probably find something better. Only big upside is its location near the strip.
If you're flying into Vegas for a quick stop over this hotel will do. But don't expect to have a fun vacation if this is somehow where you end up. The desk staff are fairly indifferent and the whole property is fairly shabby. Not in a disgusting way but def like an old motel 6. Breakfast is the typical cereal and hard-boiled flavorless eggs. The shuttle runs fairly consistently but the only two locations...

The location is excellent, right next to Venice. The hotel isn't large, so you don't have to walk a long way to get in and out.
Location is perfect. Bed is comfortable. Iron & Iron board in the room is good. Plenty of food choices nearby hotel. Aircon can be improve as heater won't on unless the room temperature goes down to the level that set by hotel, and not set by us, we wake up middle of night due to the cold and have to use hand warmer and wear warm cloths to sleep. We will stay here again and hopefully this can improve
It's perfect for business travelers. The location is great, and it's easy to get around. The room is spacious, and even with a large suitcase, I didn't feel cramped.
The room's location is great, with a McDonald's and a 24-hour supermarket nearby. The check-in counter is in a rather odd place. The hotel as a whole is old and cramped, and the rooms have a musty smell. It's suitable for business travelers, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.
Amazing value for money. All staff we met were friendly , helpful and had a sense of humour. We ( my sister and I)got the basic room for a 2 night stay on a trip to see the Eagles at the Sphere. Location was perfect for restaurants to suite all budgets, a Walgreens to get supplies and most importantly for us a 10-15 walk to the Sphere.

Hotel isn’t a fancy resort, but rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff and customer service was outstanding. They were super helpful. Perfect for a business trip, or off-strip stay. I travel to vegas for work multiple times a year, and this will be the hotel I use for all my future stays based on the customer service alone.
All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable stay. I will stay here again next time I'm in the area.
Staff was not friendly at all. Rushed check in. Was not given information where to park or check out time. He said the room number and pointed to the elevator. That was pretty much it. The room was semiclean. When we entered our room. The bed was not made. The bed was missing its blanket and the pillows were at the end of the bed. I think they were in the middle of cleaning the room but forgot to...
The staff was very friendly and explain that I could charge the snacks and drinks to my room deposit. I stayed 2 nights in 2 separate rooms. Then one had a fridge and microwave, both head large televisions and we're very clea. I didn't mind that the carpet had stains on it. The bed was comfortable, and that's all I cared about. I like the lobby. It is close to every way, so you get freeway noise to...
Most comfortable and enviting places I have stayed. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Always smiling and ready to help. It's definitely my go-to hotel when I'm in town.
It's not on the Las Vegas Strip, it's a relatively remote place. But it's easy to get in and out, and parking is not like a hotel on the avenue, where you have to go around a lot.

Super dog friendly, awesome location with everything a family needs for a trip to vegas nearby.
Check in and room were wonderful. What I wished was that there is a hold on your card for the just in case. I missed that part if it was listed. Also, no complimentary breakfast, that was a bit of a bummer.
We stayed for 5 days and while the housekeepers changed our towels and emptied the trash they never wiped down the counter where we made coffee nor were the beds ever made. No breakfast was included although it could be purchased. I probably would not stay here again as there are lots of other options near by in the same price range
Bathtub and sink drained very slow from the moment we checked in. Requested them to be serviced 12/26. Tub was repaired, sink was not. Easy walk to The Sphere from this location, and we also appreciated how convenient it was to get to the airport. The room was renovated, and we loved how spacious the bathroom felt for its size. Spent the night here recently for a quick Vegas trip to see Backstreet Boys. Usually we stay on the strip but we had spent a lot on the flights and tickets already so every $ saved was worth it. And it showed that you could walk to the sphere from here. I knew the walk was a bit sketchy but with the crowds it wasn’t too bad. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the sphere from here and you walk right past...
This location was about 15 minutes from the airport, very convenient. Upon arriving, which was very late, the person at the front desk was very nice. The following day, rain was very heavy. Water seeped through the window and flowed into that AC, concerned I called front desk. Maintenance placed a towel and never returned. Other than that minor hiccup, everything was great.
Recent week spent at the Fairfield In Las Vegas Convention Center for SEMA / AAPEX Expos. Very old property that needs a lot of updates like new plumbing fixtures, higher toilets, tech-friendly outlets, effective window coverings and quieter air vents. Very noisy due to being right in the airport flight path. No ADA ramps to roll luggage into the guest room building. Good stuff: Staff was nice and the bed was comfy.
I thought the staff was very helpful in every way that I needed/ requested. From check in to check out
Staff and breakfasts were wonderful. Rooms were sad. Kitchen missing everything and pullout sofa was absolutely so uncomfortable— couldn’t sleep on it.
The airport shuttle arrived promptly, however, the driver did not help with our luggage. The return driver was excellent. The planes landing at the airport were directly over this facility which made it hard to rest.

Hotel was clean and nice. Bed was not comfortable felt hard and cheap.
Didn't have enough staff at the breakfast cafe to manage customers orders. One person to take orders, make coffee, make food serve and run register.
Clean room, comfortable bed, the bathtub faucet was leaking though. The front desk was very helpful. Would be ni e to
The breakfast was excellent! We didn’t get to check out the pool. However, it looked clean. Our issue was the water. Apparently, something happened to the water heater so we had to washed up with cold water. We understand things happen but we were still upset about it. Also, there wasn’t enough body wash in the bottle when we checked in. When we requested it to be replenished, we got bar soap instead...
Air conditioning was very loud
Clean room. Staff were a little slow on check in since there was only one person there. Air conditioner worked really well but was very noisy. It woke me up every time it turned on. The hotel is right in the flight path of the airport airliners so those also didn’t help with a good nights rest. The area is somewhat older with some homeless people around.
The establishment was AMAZING. They accommodated us with early check in at no additional cost. Friendly customer service, very clean. Definitely would recommend staying here. I will be back again

The staff is easily the highlight of the Four Points. They are very friendly and willing to help as much as they can. This hotel does not have a resort fee. It is rare in the ****** area to find such one. It is old but worth the price. One thing to take note is that the surrounding area has live extreme loud music almost 24hours. If you are a light sleeper avoid. Other than that I like it.
