• Now called "Emerald Suites - Valley View". The location is great, close walk to both the Rio & Palms Hotel. The Management of the Property is excellent here, led by General Manager - Taiya. And this Property is consistently clean, which is a reflection of the standard that Taiya sets, as well as the care given by hotel staff. • The front desk staff led by Germani is attentive and polite. And Germani brings a 5-Star Guest Experience skill-set. The housekeeping staff is cordial. The Maintenance staff is professional. And overall, as always - it starts with leadership. Fantastic staff! Quiet and in a central location perfect to get most places in under 15 minutes. Would definitely stay again. Kitchenette is useful. I don’t have anymore to say but it is requiring me to write a minimum of 200 characters so cheers!!!

Great stay and excellent customer service each visit! Management is very helpful and friendly. Check-in/out was easy and convenient. Awesome location right off the ***** with almost everything still accessible nearby! I highly recommend this property. Thank you!

The location was convenient, and the staff, Terry, Diane, Hilda, DJ and Whitney are amazing. Apologies to the staff I didn't name. It's a clean place as well and safe as well. I would definitely stay again and keep coming. It's a great place if you want to go to Vegas without the hype

Old... the entire appartment need severe updates. Tvs are small. The bathroom is creepy and the kitchen is dirty. The room, non smoking, stinks ****. Room service came once in a month and it was too early, 9 AM I party until 4am so they did not clean the room in a month...

I am going into my second week here and this has been the best place for temporary housing until I'm able to move into my new apartment I really appreciate the hospitality in the office everyone is great from TEE to housekeeping to maintenance hopefully I'm never in the situation again but if I am I'm definitely coming here.

The hotel is good, but it doesn't have a coffee maker because they don't have coffee in the hotel, I had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, there was no coffee in the room, no cutlery, nothing, and the breakfast has nothing, just coffee with some protein bars The truth for me is not to rent this hotel
