SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Henderson in Las Vegas

This is my personal experience and I'm sharing it so another person doesn't go through it.
I reserved my stay through a 3rd party and arrived with a positive attitude looking forward for my stay. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience since the front desk supervisor, or at least that's what he told me his title was but I won't mention names here, anyway he asked me my preference of floor and I said I didn't have one then I got up to the second floor and it smelled like smoke. No offense to cigarette lovers but I'm a person with disabilities and it's hard for me with my asthma. Anyway I didn't even enter the room and went back down for a room change he then gave me the fourth floor and it was the same. Apparently that resident was there longer than I planned on being there so I was the one that was called a pain to my face and told that I can't switch rooms, when I'm paying 300 a night I should be able to switch rooms, the WORST part of this experience was that I checked out of a smoked room at night and then charged for that night when they refused to accommodate me. When I asked why I was charged for a night I wasn't even there they said to call the main Marriott number and they had me on hold for 40 minutes only to transfer me to the hotel manager that never answered or called back. Meanwhile a person with disabilities was told I couldn't be accommodated and charged for a night that I wasn't even there at the rate of 150.
If you'd like a better experience I can say that I was never treated that way when I mentioned my faith, and disabilities to the Hilton staff. Hope this helps others looking for a stay that's not full of trash.
Location was the main reason I needed to be in that area and though it didn't work out for me there, it was the main reason.
