Stay Duration:
During Peak Season we require a 7-night (weekly) rental; Checking-In on Saturday and Checking-Out the following Saturday.
During the Off-Season, we require a 3-night minimum.

Summer parking in Seaside Heights can be difficult, but the condo's central location enables you to leave your car in the unit's reserved parking spaces and walk to most attractions.

Additionally, guests have access to a private storage room stocked with beach and pool gear to use throughout their stay, off street parking for 1 vehicle in parking lot, street parking is free if additional parking is needed, 4 seasonal beach badges($260 value) and a variety of classic board games.

The space
At Seaside Serenity you will relax at your own private Three bedroom apartment. Our home features an open concept living space with a full kitchen stocked with all the necessary supplies. Dining chairs to seat 6 and a living room area with a couch and TV.
Our primary bedroom features a queen bed, nightstand, dresser and closet.
Our second bedroom features a full size bed, closet for storage of personal belongings and a desk with chair that can act as a workspace or makeup station
Our third bedroom features two twin beds, a nightstand and closet.
A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire second floor apartment of this property. The outdoor spaces are shared between the top and bottom units. Driveway parking is limited to one vehicle, which must be parked on the right side of the driveway.
Other things to note
The is free, off street parkway for 1 vehicle only. This vehicle must be parked on the right side of the driveway, as the left side is reserved for the downstairs unit.
No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.
