There will be a large igloo on wheels cooler. there are also miscellaneous items in the garage which can be utilized for the renters.
There will be a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom for your convenience. Paper goods are to be supplied by renter as well as trash bags, dish washer detergent and laundry detergents.
Everything must be accounted for after departure or a claim will have to be opened to compensate.
Upon departure, please make sure that the dishwasher is empty and does not contain dirty items. Also, you may need to bring your own dishwasher and wash machine detergents as there may not be any available.

Spacious 3 bed (master bed on 2nd floor for privacy), 2 full bath condo, with living room and dining room. Smart TVs in every room and cable (ESPN, YES, SNY, Fox Sports, News and Entertainment channels) in living room. Your family will be close to everything Seaside Heights has to offer (restaurants, mini-golf, go-carts, waterpark, arcades, cheesesteaks, pizza, and ice cream). 3rd summer being offered as a weekly rental, all furniture, beds, tv’s, kitchen accessories/small appliances, linens, towels, beach towels are in excellent shape. West facing balcony to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Two car parking is included at the condo. 4 beach badges, beach towels and beach bag included.

Welcome to Happy Blue! One man's vision and hard work are all it takes to bring this 1940 cottage... back to life. No stone is left unturned. Not even an inch space is wasted.
This cheerful cottage has three bedrooms and two full baths. It locates in a quiet neighborhood. We provide liens and towels to make sure you will have a stress free vacation. Two parking spots on the premises and 4 beach passes are included in the rental.
No parties, no drugs, must be 25 or older to rent and stay.
The first floor has two bedrooms, each has a queen bed. Eat in kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The full bathroom has a tub which will be easy to wash little kids at the end of beach day. The first floor sitting area has a sofa and 50 inch TV.
The second floor bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds, a study desk and a large closet. The full bathroom has rain shower. The sitting area has a sofa and 65 inch TV.
Please note that washer and dryer are only available from April to November. Grill is provided, guests are responsible to fill up the propane tank when it is out at the nearby gas station.

PERFECT LOCATION! Escape to Serendipity which is just across the street from the boardwalk and beach... . After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering into our spacious 4 level condo with an open floor design.
First level will present you with a large living room / dining/ full kitchen with bar seating. This room glows with natural light from a full two story wall of windows. A half bath sits just off the dining area.
On the second level you will find a 2nd family room with a large couch, tv and wet bar. More illuminating light from the three skylights in the vaulted ceilings!
Another half set of steps brings you to your third level that hosts the master suite. Enter into this oversized master suit that has a queen bed and sitting area with a love seat and tv. The suite includes a large master bathroom with a double sink and walk in shower. Wouldn't be a master without a large walk in closet!
Last but certainly not least, the 4th level has two bedrooms with a slice of an ocean view! One bedroom has two full beds while the other has two queens. Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy the sites and sounds of Seaside Heights Beach. On this last level is another full bathroom with a walk in shower.
In addition, every room has a smart TV and there is a two car garage within this gated community. The condo is beautifully furnished and has hardwood floors throughout.

This condo is located on the third floor of a quiet 18-unit building, with some shared spaces among condo owners. Guests have balcony seating in front of the condo, as well as a shared laundry room, elevator, indoor and outdoor staircases & BBQ grill. Off-street parking for 1 vehicle is included, plus a Seaside Heights parking pass for an additional paring spot on the street (municipal parking fees are enforced from April 1st to October 31st). We also provide 4 seasonal beach badges (a $220 value) for your convenience.
Other things to note
⚠️ We do not accept bookings for prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party reservations. Our property is designed for families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must stay on the property for the entire duration of the booking. Booking on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
⚠️ To comply with local regulations, you may be asked to complete a secure verification process, which includes submitting a government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact info, and sharing the purpose of your stay.
