The views, the pool/hot tub, the room, balcony, fireplace, and overall facility were great!Everything was clean, looked great, and provided a peaceful enviting Ruidoso experience.

the staff is very helpful i had room problems and the fix them right away i have been coming here for about 30 years and always is superb service.

Lots of resturants and good food area is beautiful lots of people beaches is close bars music.

The views from the majority of units are wonderful. Not sure if all units are maintained differently and recognize that some might be better maintained than others. The unit we stayed in had beds that were extra firm and the furniture could use some cleaning for stains. Our experience was pleasant.

We had a great visit! Beautiful views of the mountains! It snowed! Small pool & exercise center but everything was clean & neat. We had a nice 2 bedroom & 2 bath & a kitchen with everything in it. We enjoyed cooking here but Ruidoso has great eateries as well. Great shopping in town with unique gifts to buy & take home. Friendly & helpful staff.

Check in fine, first room had the nastiest carpet I have ever seen and the “darkening curtain” was 3/4 the way tore off the rod. Hardly any cars in the parking lot and we had to move from the 1st floor to the 3rd. Room was a bit nicer, newer carpet…. But may just be darker and can’t see pet stains…??? This use to be a nice hotel…. Kind of sad!

Perfect location and walking distance to downtown activities in Midtown. Brandon was very attentive and took care of any issues we had. Go Brandon! Another staff member whom I did not get her name emptied our trash cans with just a brief mention. Thank you.

Staff was very courteous and the room was clean. Parking was a bit tricky as there wasn’t enough parking space.

Breakfast was ok but ran out of items and took a while to refill. Same with juices and coffee. There was a hair on the egg serving spoon. In the room the refrigerator had 2 hairs in there but worked well. We do like staying here. Great location to be

Staff could have been friendlier ipon arrival. The room was not cleaned, there were cereal crumbs on the floor, under the beds looked dirty. I was looking for my earrings that i dropped, that's why I looked under the beds.

Good rate for 1 night compared to other hotels in the area. comfortable bed, clean rooms. Okay breakfast. Nice staff. We stay here often

Staff were very friendly and attentive, room was very clean and updated - even our pet room. Outdoor hot tub was a nice bonus. Full hot and cold breakfast. Lobby and breakfast area had a warm and inviting feel. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Beautiful grounds, walking distance to shopping & eating places. Peaceful location. The condo we rented was lovely. We enjoyed the fireplace and private porch.

Our family had a great stay here in a 2 bed/2 bath condo (specifically, 1303 - Midtown Mountain Escape) Checking in was seamless, as we received the door code before arrival. My wife and I had such an amazing time here for our anniversary! The price is really good for a beautiful room in a beautiful location. It's located right behind the road in Midtown with all the shops/great places to eat. Definitely will be staying here again!

We had a beautiful suite with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I would have 5 starred, but toilets are not ADA compliant, no grab bars to help you get up from them. Although this is the first place I've stayed that I didn't have to purchase my own bath mat to keep from slipping while getting in and out of the shower, they supplied one. Also, no grab bar for the shower. Lack of ADA compliance is an issue...

Visited some friends that were staying there. Looks like a very nice, well maintained condo complex. My understanding is that the majority of units are privately owned and rented out.

Everything about this place was on point. If I could make one suggestion that would make this top notch would be a hot tub for guest use. We would have LOVED to sit in one after our day out. Otherwise, we would still stay here again!

It was very tranquil there. The deer would come right up to us, and some would let us pet them. It was actually quite therapeutic for us there.

The cabin has a great location and a peaceful setting. We even saw a deer walking by at night, which was a nice experience. However, cleanliness was below expectations, with hair present throughout the cabin, including on the bed quilts. The heater was also not working, which caused some discomfort. With improved cleaning and maintenance, this could be a great stay.

Cabin was cozy and well maintained. However, surrounding cabins are close in proximity and the neighboring cabins proceeded to sing and play loud music until well past midnight. Perhaps enacting quiet hours would benefit those looking to escape noise.

Cute cabin pretty primitive. Limited items to cook with. Could have been cleaner, did see some spiders in the cabin, but being in the woods I’d didn’t really have a problem with it. If I went back I’d bring more items for cooking with me. The area around was nice the deer and elk coming in close we neat we enjoyed looking at them.

The cabin is a dated but nice. It had a great patio and outside area. It did get a little hot in there at night as the window unit didn't cool things down as much as we hoped but it wasn't a huge issue. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

I had read reviews on here about no hot water, dirty rooms, etc. When me and my team mate rented the room here. Room was clean. No bugs. There was hot water, the front desk clerks were nice and very helpful. Would rent a room here again.

One if the best I have been to of this chain. Super friendly staff and was told by a guy that works there that the whole place will be completely renovated within several weeks...the place is nice enough for what it is, that it doesn't need any real work done from what I could see. Took one star off simply because I have a hard time giving ANY motel a five. Definitely will be back sooner rather than...

Wow, kind of hard to explain with words how great the staff member who should be a manager is when you come in! Sheila is awesome & went out of her way to help us & make sure we were comfortable. We booked our room last minute & barely had enough to stay & she went out of her way to help us out. The room was perfect, plasma screen & clean. I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends...

My family and I stayed 5/4-5/5/18. We loved it. The staff was great. Couldn't ask for more professional persons aiming to please. Reserved earlier in morning. Room was ready early p.m. Thank you both Viral, and Sheila. We will be back, and recommend anyone looking for a comfortable bed and quite atmosphere to do the same.

This is an amazing place. The employees are so nice and the pool and hot tub are clean. The beds are soft and rooms are clean. It's located 15 min from ski resort and smokey the bear park. It's a great place to stay with great prices. Ask for Teddy G he will definitely take care of your family like he did mine

Thought this was a great stay! Services we received were very satisfactory for the price paid. Only draw back that affected me was the fact that there was only one ice machine for the entire facility, but in all fairness I have to say that I had enough ice(our room was not equipped with a fridge).
