Laurel Lake Placid in Lake Placid

Absolutely terrible customer service at this hotel, from check in, through dealing with no wifi or hot water for my one night stay. I checked in at 5pm, by 6pm the internet and TV had stopped working, when I asked about the problem they said they had just changed the internet set up and there were new passwords and printed materials for the information. This was an hour after I checked in, they weren't apologetic and were actually rude. The customer service got worse when I told them I'd run the shower for 10 minutes and there wasn't any hot water, it was barely warm. I was told they'd had no other complaints and the hot water was fine. Terrible experience all around, luckily I was leaving very early the next morning to keep traveling so didn't have to deal with the hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel, this hotel brand or ever stay at any hotel associated with them again.

Paid over $300 for a room and there was absolutely 0 parking spaces available in the parking lot. I was forced to park as close as possible on the street and walk to the hotel, and I got a ticket! I've never once been to a hotel that did not have adequate parking for it's guests.
