Everything was good. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but we cannot complain. They don’t give you slippers, so make sure to bring them!!

Our stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean and smell really good. The bathroom was remodeled and clean. There was no mold or mildew. Breakfast was included with the stay and was very good, fresh, and varied. The hotel staff was courteous. The hotel is fair crossing the state park for which it has+ in location. They charged you $ 10 the night for parking, which was a fair price compared to the price of other hotels. If you are a choice member, they do not charge you parking. I would suggest that they put additional trash in the trash cans. They are very small and for a stay of several days it is not convenient. Something that I liked a lot about this hotel and its staff was that they were sending me tips by email about the hotel. I had never received that from another hotel. The area of Niagara Falls Ny is a dead area. Businesses were closed and there was not much variety of food in the surroundings. Keep that in mind.

The location of this hotel is really good, unfortunately the staff at reception were non co-operative and very rude. We were provided a room with an unclean bathroom and non functional toilet flush. Despite many requests they didn't send any one to fix the issue.
Reception staff were not ready to send someone to clean or fix the problem nor were they ready to change the room. We saw many empty rooms on the same floor but we were told that we are fully booked, we can't do anything (and told us, "according to our staff the toilet flush is slow but in working condition so we cannot help you")
Comfort inn was not at all comfortable as we had to use the public toilet during our two night stay.

Good location, very close to the falls and the Rainbow Bridge. Easy to walk from American side to Canada side. Room very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if come to the falls next time.

The rooms were very neat and clean, and the location is great—just a short walk from the falls. Breakfast was good too, with decent variety. The only downside is that they don’t offer free parking; it’s paid, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient spot.

Location is key for this hotel! Very near to all attractions! Breakfast is good. Not many options but fair enough and it is included! I had a very good experience. My room was clean as it should, every employee I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Very good staff. I for sure recommend this hotel.

Hard Rock Cafe NEVER disappoints no matter where we go. Good food/appetizers, friendly staff, clean and energized environment. LOTS of music memorabilia to look at. First HRC I've been to that had a "homegrown room" featuring various artists that are originally from the Buffalo area. Billy Sheehan is just one of the great artists in the room. Conveniently located within walking distance of our hotel and Niagara Falls.

The food here is about as good as you can expect from a midrange chain restaurant. Good portions, good taste. The value is great for a tourist trap like Niagara Falls. I would definitely eat here again if I was in the neighborhood. Didn't experience any problems with service and enjoyed the themed memorabilia. I especially recommend the appetizers platter.

Absolutely terrible customer service. As someone who works within the industry, I was calling from a hotel in regards to an international guest who had left an item behind. This guest did not speak English and was using a translator on her cell phone. I let the man who answered the phone around 1:25pm on 10/14 know that right away. When I asked if I could put the gentleman on a brief hold so I could ask the guest a question regarding the camera she was missing, I could hear the gentleman place the phone down and complain loudly that "I cannot believe the put me on f****** hold". I understand when a facility is busy. I myself work in a hotel and have worked in food service before. However, this was terrible customer service. The least you could have done was put me on hold Sir.

I would say this is a 4 star for their food as it was really tasty and well worth the price.
However, I had to take a star away due to the crappy service.
Server asked if I wanted to get the souvenir glass with my drink and when I declined it seemed like she was done. No further up selling was attempted. No suggestions were made, nothing.
I really don't think she likes her job as it seemed like she just wanted us to hurry up and get out. She made no eye contact at any of the (3) times she stopped at the table. Asked for a second beer and she couldn't even take the empty one away, we were sitting at a high top for 2, it sat on the table as we made our way out the door.
If the upsell of souvenir glasses determines a bonus or is a requirement then management needs to rethink this as it seems to be a turn off for this employee.

I think this is the smallest Hard Rock Cafe I've been to, but on the Saturday night I was there, it wasn't crowded and there was no wait for a table. We sat at the bar and had a great time. The nachos are huge and the drinks were nice. There is a pretty good selection of merchandise in the Cafe shop. The bartenders were great!
