Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Extended Stay Tulsa in Tulsa

Do not come and stay at this hotel they are not stocked in their hotel rooms. They do not clean their hotel rooms and when you go down to the front office, they apparently cannot get you anything that you need. I do not recommend this hotel at all, my fiancé was in the shower. We had absolutely no towels. I went down to try and get some. They tried to blame it on housekeeping, but yet she couldn’t get us any at all as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all

I went here on 6/20/24. Got my room. And it was nothing like the pictures. The kitchen ceiling was falling down. The patio doors was locked by a broom handle. And still had a gap. The tv remotes had no batteries. Couldn't watch TV. And the closet had water coming from the ceiling. I immediately went down the road and got another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff did say I would be refunded my money. And still to this day have not heard anything back from them.

Upon arriving we had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk lady to return to her job. She left leaving nobody behind to do her job we were told she would be back in a minute. 20 minutes later we were still waiting. While waiting I took my daughter tot he lobby restroom which was disgusting with toilet paper shoved in holes in the wall. Get to our room… it’s also disgusting.. like filthy view attached photos.. dust literally everywhere. Nasty stuff caked up on the walls and baseboards and vents and vanity… the fridge was absurdly dirty…. A dead roach in the sink. Just gross. No towels available and not so friendly front desk when asked for more towels and a clean blanket because the one that was on the bed looks as if someone wiped their nostrils all over it. Just nasty.. if you want good reviews then make this a good hotel.. no effort to make guests feel welcomed or comfortable. I do not live like this why the hell would I want to pay to stay somewhere like this. I was told no refund was likely to happen so obviously we couldn’t leave the hotel. We were here for a big event from out of state. Never again and I absolutely do not recommend. This place should be shut down. We stayed away as much as possible other than to sleep.
Also, you can’t even lock the sliding door because there’s no handle. The dishwasher was just ew…

Negative stars if it was possible. This is the scariest hotel I’ve ever experienced. Had a feeling when I pulled up and the outside light was flashing, like a warning to stay away. Dead cockroach right when I walked into the room. Had to kill another. Opened the fridge that looked like it was housing a dead body. More roaches, both alive and dead. No towels or toilet paper. Asked the front desk and they said no towels until the cleaning staff comes in the next morning. Just killed another roach while writing this review. Everything looks like something died on it. It’s so unsanitary. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, EVEN FOR A NIGHT. IT IS HORRIFYING. PAY THE EXTRA $20 AND GO TO A BETTER PLACE. YOU ARE REALLY NOT CUTTING COSTS HERE. THIS IS YOUR WARNING.

Location is really good, close access to highways and shopping. Front desk staff was very friendly, their breakfast isn't really anything to talk about, no warm foods. The beds were hard and not very comfortable, rooms looked appealing and were clean. HORRIBLE WATER PRESSURE....ladies don't expect to get all the products out of your hair when you wash it. Guests that were in the next room came in at 2am and we were unreasonably loud and running around, called front office and still continued all through the night till 9am. Definitely didn't get any sleep.
