The hotel is very nice. I have stayed in all 3 towers, there is not a bad room. Food is decent in the casino, nothing spectacular, but you don't have to leave the hotel

The room was absolutely fantastic. The only thing is having a walk-through the smoking area to get something to eat. That’s a downer. They need to change that up other than that I would stay again.

The room was super clean, all staff were super kind and courteous. Beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing!

Parking was a bit confusing. Room was not in tower I thought it would be in.

Room tub wouldn’t drain. Poop in the downstairs bathroom by the pool smeared all in the floor. Lights burnt out in the room. Hallway smelled like mildew -wet carpet. Staff was great and stay wasn’t terrible but could have been better.

When I checked in, they gave me a king bed when I booked a double, they were able to accommodate me even though the hotel was booked. We were also able to get late check out which helped significantly with the cheer comp we were at. Everyone was super friendly, it was a great stay.

We use this hotel frequently when visiting Tulsa. That will probably change moving forward. Parking garage gates didn’t ever work properly plus issues with getting off the elevator . Things look like they are letting stuff go compared to usual.

I arrived early and the staff member at the desk was happy to allow me to check in a bit early. Thank you so much!

The room could’ve been cleaner, but the location was great. The hotel has a good restaurant and bar combination. Nothing too fancy, but very convenient. We’re actually staying again tonight as our business dealings have extended our stay in Tulsa.

Wonderful place to stay while we are in town for work! Cozy, quiet.. just needs breakfast option that isn’t a buffet.

My room...needed a NEW BATHTUB. Tub...rusted all over the bottom. I did not take a shower or bath in it....due to its condition.

There was no breakfast. The property was outdated. There was no hot tub. It was not busy at all which was quite nice.

For the price I was not impressed. Hotel was outdated however they are redoing rooms. I didn’t receive the room that I booked. I booked a king suite with a hot tub in room. After arriving at the hotel they stated the reservation came across as a double bed suite which again not what I booked. I called ******* was told the same thing. I know what I booked and paid for. The bath tub could be cleaner. Wall paper peeling in several spots in room. There was no microwave. T.V. doesn't stream without adds. No continental breakfast, with the pice should be included.

Didn't really interact with the staff much, I was checked in but no conversation was had, wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. The room's carpet looked like it was coming up. Bathtub looked stained. We did not use the shower due to how unclean it looked.

Everything about our short stay was great! Room was clean and comfy! Staff was friendly, especially those in the bar! Highly recommend!

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. It was New Years day so unfortunately the bar/restaurant were not open. The rooms are very classy, spacious and clean! We loved the Mayo and will stay there again on our next trip to Tulsa!

The room was average. Our second day there the housekeeping left our room, oddly disorganized. They had moved furniture around and also left our TV remotes on the ground and just other random weird things. We escaped the holidays & headed for The Mayo! Absolutely devine-everyone was eager to help & the suite was yummy. Love the towels - bath sheets, fluffy and large! The rooms were freshened everyday. Next time you’re in T- Town, stay at the Mayo, some of the most famous people in the world have stayed here

This has been the best stay, out of all the Red Roof Inns I have been to. The staff has been excellent in keeping my room neat, safe, and cleaned well. I have not had any problems. My only gripe is, the hotel is right on a busy intersection and highway, and I hear alot of the traffic noise, but other than that, my stay has been a pleasant one.

I am staying here for a week, the customer service here is off the chain ! I had to call the desk and explain my A/C wasn't working well. I wished the pool had been open. I also wished we could have had a coffee pot in the room. I need at least 2 cups just to wake up. Other than that, the room was clean, the manager and employees were super nice and helpful. I will stay there at my next visit.

It was quiet inviting and clean but it was a little old and dated but is one of the only places I've seen in a long time that offer smoking rooms

Bathroom light did not operate. Transferred to another room and the thermostat did not work. Worked the HVAC unit manually. The commode has a bad flapper and every 10 min or so the commode had to refill. Requested room service to replenish tissues at mid morning. Wouldn’t be hard to improve breakfast. The scrambled eggs weren’t good. Extra twenty dollar charge for overnight parking was excessive. The stay otherwise was fine.

Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was pretty good too. This place was perfect for our stay because we were going to a hockey game at the BOK. It's literally across the street.

The potatos were flavorless and not fully cooked, eggs were watery, and there was no ice in the ice machine on the 3rd floor.

Had to move to another room because the refrigerator was broken. The second room didn’t have a remote for the TV and no microwave. I had to go downstairs to the breakfast room to use the microwave.

Room was cool. until i got in the shower and the door flew off . But they came in fixed it. it would be better if they had bathtubs. Other then that i rate it 8 out of 10.

Tv didnt work in the rooms 305. I could have gotten around that alone but I was with family. We were given another room. In 2nd room 309 shower was dirty and the shower door was about to fall off the hinges and the toilet was leaking. After moving already, I just dealt with it. Front desk was on the phone in the back when I arrived. Almost had to yell to get someone to come to the desk. Pool was fine...

The room was cleaned, the heated bathroom was a nice touch especially with the cold weather. The staff was kind and understanding. They helped me with my room key issue

I have never stayed in an extended stay, ( moving into my house waiting on the construction to be finished) I HAVE TO SAY IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS EXTENDED STAY ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SERVICE CLEAN ROOM AND PROPERTY EXCELLENT STAFF, WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL

The suites have a full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. We need the handicap fixtures also, which are awesome. If anything needs repaired or cleaned they are quick and curtious about it. We stayed last year for six months and looked forward to returning this spring. Our friends were also impressed and are also staying here.

Run away from here. Rooms are a joke. Cigarette burns in the sofa and carpet. Door wouldn't fully open due to floor warping and the amenities are a joke....
