Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa in Tulsa

When we arrived at the hotel, the bell boy wanted to go through our ice chest, which I think is very tacky. We were treated like teenagers and all of us being in our 50s. it made us feel very stupid. When we were checking out in the morning, check out being 11 AM at 10:30 AM a male housekeeping person walked into our room. He knocked a couple times, said housekeeping and barged right in. Then said oh sorry and walked out. I could’ve been undressed. That made me feel very uneasy. We were very rushed to leave even before the checkout time. The security on the floor are very rude and hateful. There was four of us. All four of us will never go there again. We only went there because of the Tesla concert. They need to have better signage about where the elevators are and where the restrooms are and where smoking and non-smoking is. They charged us $150 a night there was no breakfast. Usually places will have a buffet breakfast for free when you spend that much money. Then at 6 AM in the morning there was a drunk man screaming and yelling and couldn’t even stand up and three police officers were taking him out, right outside our room. this place is all about getting your money, instead of having good customer service and treating people that stay there nicely and appreciating that you’re staying there. I know I can’t expect Las Vegas but still $150 a night and treated that way. just bad business
