Everything was great.I can't wait to come back.

The staff was amazingly friendly; the ambiance warm, curious and inviting; the room clean and spacious; the bed super comfy; the location in town ideal. I do not eat at McMenamins due to my dietary needs & quality preferences, so I cannot comment on food or bevs. Also, we didn't swim in the pool, though I've always wanted to. Loved our visit and can't wait to return.

The hallways and rooms need to be ventilated regularly. The hallways in particular smelled terrible and stale, which is especially unhealthy/unsanitary during flu season. A staff at the front counter was extremely slow- maybe it was a new staff.
Your hotel price is the same as other 4 star hotels. Your toilet paper, tissue paper, raggy towels, and robes were 2 star level. We had a good experience several years ago at this location. We'll likely not return, based on this recent experience.

It’s centered downtown so much to see and do close by. Parking is a bit of an issue. Drove around 10 minutes until a spot opened up.

Rooms were comfortable but could be updated. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed being in the downtown area and close to restaurants and bars.

Fun quirky place! Clean and safe, walkable to many areas, has restaurant, bars, outdoor seating area, a movie theater, history & artwork, a beautiful soaking pool.

The property has three or more outside sitting areas for food or drinks. Very quaint. A little eerie if you were taught by nuns!
