Staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Very nice, offered water on check-in as well as check out. My only suggestion would be king size pillows on a king size bed. For tiny standard size pillows on a king size bed really doesn't cut it. Room is extremely clean, smelled nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

Overall was not impressed. I’ve been to some really nice Hamptons and this one was tiny, run down, cracks in the ceiling, no hot tub, the bed hard as a rock and the pool made mine and the hubs skin itch really bad. Plus the price was jacked up and not worth it at all. If we come back to Eugene we will be looking elsewhere.

Breakfast could be a little better. Those eggs are like a pile of rubber, would it really be that much to get a better fake egg. Rooms are great, clean place, and good location.

I'm glad I was there for only one night. The positives were that the man that checked me in was very nice and personable, the room was spacious and clean, and it was a short drive to the Eugene airport. The negative was that it was loud there, all night. I was unable to get any real sleep/rest due to people stomping above me all night long and I kept hearing two men talking loudly in the hallway outside my room and slamming doors. My room was facing the road as well, so the traffic noise was loud. Maybe if you had a room on the top floor at the end of an empty hallway it would be okay, but I don't recommend it otherwise.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and it was definitelya positive experience for us.

I didn’t rate the breakfast because we had other breakfast plans on the morning when we checked out.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast options. Indoor pool and small workout room.

It was by far the friendliest staff I have had at a hotel. They were all very helpful. My granddaughter had throw up in the pool and the staff didn’t blink an eye. My stay was several days over Christmas with my grandchildren coming and going. It was a very peaceful and pleasant. The main manager and the pool manager were especially friendly and nice!!!!

Everything was clean and staff was great. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good, best we have had at a motel.

Incredible stay. Super spacious suite. The manager gave me an upgrade after being a loyal customer! Quiet room! Very comfortable bed. Huge bathroom! Delicious breakfast! Love staying at this Hampton Inn! Eugene's best!
