This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at over the years, hands down. The desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly; my room was very spacious and super clean, in great condition; the other guests were quiet and respectful; and I was even provided a to-go breakfast when I had to leave at 4:30 a.m. to catch my train! I hope to stay here again!
The hotel is cute/clean, but it cannot handle being booked to capacity. When we tried to shower the water was lukewarm at best and when we called the front desk we were told it was because they were completely booked and the heater couldn't keep up. The breakfast room was absolutely packed as well, making it loud, crowded, and chaotic. The location was lovely, the staff was friendly, and the rooms...
One of the most impressive aspects of this stay was the communication with the hotel staff. Communicating to figure out the shuttle was smooth as I got immediate replies to my email. Also, I was able to make a last-minute change to my pickup shuttle as my flight had arrived early and I was given a text message to communicate with the hotel. The rooms and amenities are very nice but somewhat dated.
We had the double bed room that was quite spacious compared to other standard double bed rooms with their extra sitting area and desk. Wireless was fast and easy to connect. The rooms and the lobby felt clean and up to date. The breakfast was descent and beds were great. It's located close to shopping and popular eating areas. It's a little noisy at times and the train nearby woke us up but otherwise...
Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. We have had to stay here several times unfortunately for medical visits. Boy is this staff friendly and accommodating. They have even helped my wife when I was unable which I feel is over and above the call of duty. There is a beautiful front room with a fireplace, sofas and tables to sit at. Highly recommend! This is a motel that has been remodeled and modernized. The staff was accommodating and excellent. Brand new inside and out! Great free parking. Easy access in and out from a one way street. Able to walk to a couple bars, food trucks and restaurants.
Nice, clean, hip, and affordable. Not a property for everyone….but I liked it. Close to stadium and plenty to do within walking distance. If you expect ultra hip luxury, this will disappoint. If you expect value, location, and a bed and shower, this place is perfect for the right price.
The place was OK. Not a great area of Eugene; except for a few restaurants & a Coffee Shop. I was woken up by extra loud garbage trucks? on Saturday morning between 5:45am-6:30am... It was a nice room with plenty of space.
Easy to get to, centrally located. The bathroom was really small and the hot water took forever to get to the shower and was barely warm. The room was near the road and there was a lot of traffic noise.

The space at signature inn was clean. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Access to downtown Eugene and historical running trails was easy- just minutes away!

Definitely going to recommend this hotel to everyone. The front desk. Amazing. Very friendly. Very professional. Room. Extremely clean.
Room service was excellent, staff were welcoming and patient! The staff particularly front desk were always available.
Parking for rooms in back was actually in the front, so if you had alot bags you would have to walk around the building each time.
The front desk welcome was very nice. Super happy guy. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Stayed because close to airport. I'd recommend for price and convenience.
Royal Inn was just what I needed for a busy weekend.It was close to my event, clean, quiet and nicely updated. With a large fridge, coffee maker, and friendly, flexible staff it was a great home base.
The area near this hotel seems a little sketchy but the staff was wonderful and the room was clean and recently updated. I'll definitely stay again if I have an early flight out of Eugene.

The highway is very close and loud from our “river view” room. I would not recommend this hotel due to traffic noise. It would have been appreciated to have the hotel clerk advise of the noise levels on the “river view” side and suggest staying on the other side of the building.
Everyone was friendly & accommodating, from reception to the housekeeping staff. Hotel super clean and comfortable. Very convenient area - great location for attending the Hult Center/downtown plus a walking trail just across the street. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or gym but both were clean, as were the lobby restrooms. Will stay again!
We stopped for a night enroute to Seattle. Very clean and neatly maintained, checkin was a breeze. It’s right across the Williamette river, convenient for a walk along the river.
Clean modern decor, fresh and bright looking and feeling
Comfortable beds, clean premise, front desk attendant was very friendly and had a lot of recommendations. Great spot to stay if going to a show nearby!

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. We rented a room with a full kitchen, but there was no way to cook in the kitchen. There were no utensils, cutting board, dish towels, staples for cooking, so we paid extra for something we couldn't use. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold over shower head and all grout had pink mold on it in the shower. The sink caulking even was moldy. They need some bleach products in their cleaning. The room itself was clean - the bath room didn’t reflect the room.
It was very loud. After 10pm we could hear our neighbor's entire conversation that went on forever, kids running up and down the halls, banging (not sure what was banging but it woke me up a couple of times after 11pm). Otherwise it was fine.
I appreciated the friendly person who checked me in, Brandon. I liked my room a lot, it had a great view. I've stayed in this hotel many times over the last five years and it is my go to for a good rest.
I love this property! The location is amazing. The rooms could definitely be cleaner but overall it’s great place to stay!
The staff were kind and helpful and my son loved the pool, but there was limited parking and the room smelled of dirty socks and boiled cabbage.

Our car was broken into in the parking lot of this hotel and nothing was done to stop or prevent this. We will never stay here again.
The staff was pleasant at check-in and the breakfast spread was amazing. What I did not like was the non response to the no less than 7 calls to the front desk about a noise issue that lasted for hours above our room. It sounded like people jumping off of beds and we even reported hearing screaming. I really did not appreciate being ignored

I had an early flight from Eugene airport so we stayed there for the night for convenience, it’s 10 minutes from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised! Large rooms, very clean, big fluffy pillows, really nice employees. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!
We arrived late in the evening. The staff were very friendly. It was very quiet and our room was perfect for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the free breakfast and were out and on our way home, hassle free!

We stayed at room 103, it has a funny smell and the blanket stinks. Maybe the funny smell of air refresher is trying to cover the stink. No shampoo or body wash is offered. Would not stay here again.
Bree knows how to solve technical issues with ******* and was a massive help. Some of the toilets have a stupid injector function instead of a normal flush and it overflows on its own sometimes.
Everything was fine, a very basic motel. Bed didn't feel that stable, just felt every move. I guess every motel in the area is expensive on a weekend.
Been here a bunch of times. It’s the best you can expect from a motel. The people are less crazy because it’s more expensive and slightly better maintained. The white haired maintenance guy does a heck of a lot of cleaning.

This place was in a GREAT location however our room was a little close to the road and could hear all the traffic and sirens (@ 1:30am). 😭 Room was clean and appreciated the mini fridge, microwave and tv. Was also able to check in an hour early l!

It was pretty outside with flowers and a gazebo. TV remote wouldn't work so we could only watch one channel. The owner was very friendly and helpful and even called the cable company.
Great place in Eugene I go to Eugene fairly often and this was the1st time I've stayed @ the Courtesy Inn and it was very nice. Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. A little dated but just what you'd expect from a hotel of this age. Definitely stay here again.
Came to Sacramento for NCAA Track and Field Championships so hotel was near Amtrak and 30 minute walk to meet. A few good restaurants nearby. Grossly overpriced due to Event and U of Oregon graduation. Just your basic budget hotel room. Had to ask twice for help with free TV
