Breakfast had very good choices. Bacon definitely needs more cooking. Juices very very watered down. Employees were very nice and friendly.

All around amazing great little breakfast great staff. Room was super clean beds are comfy. Not a brand new fancy hotel but its perfect for what i need.

Spacious and clean room. The mini-fridge is on the small side, so it wouldn't work well for us in the future if we were traveling with a very large amount of food; but we did manage to store quite a bit of food in it nevertheless. [I have a special diet, so preparing my meals is often easier than finding restaurants that will work.

Staff was really nice HOWEVER there is a $100 deposit that wasnt advertised and i didnt have the money for it so when i said i dont have the money the lady was nice enough to understand and trust us and let us stay without paying the deposit since they had our card on file just incase.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed. The room is always clean and the owners are very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

I've been staying here monthly for about 6 months. They've made great progress with upgrading the rooms and grounds. The rooms are kept very clean even the monthly rooms are serviced at least once a week. Towels twice a week. I'm very comfortable here. Every place has at least one trouble area so i guess

Its not bad for a cheap motel. The room did have 2 Cockroaches that we saw and that made the stay quite s bit lower on the review. My favorite thing about the room was the shower. Its nice and big. If you plan on having company make sure they sign and check in to the front office and watch the time. Visiting hours are from 8am to 8pm.

Extremely clean room it's an older place actually have keys instead of cards, was real comfortable place and has an outdoor swimming pool

Under new mngmnt. They have really improved the place along with housekeeping. They have always been good to my kids and I in our time of need. I would stay here again and recommend them to you

I stayed there two months ago and had a good experience, so I went back. This time, I wasn't very satisfied. The refrigerator was noisy at night. The mattress also made noise when we turned over, and it was about two inches away from the headboard, so we had to move the mattress to find clothes that had fallen off. The room window couldn't be locked.

Beds were comfortable and clean. We had the French toast, hotcoco and coffee with international delight creamer. The pool was really steamy and the towels had condensation dripping from the hot tub area. There was only one usb port on an alarm clock. An open window or some fresh air circulation would be good. We very much enjoyed the friendly staff and the experience. Thank you

The room is spacious and comfortable, the hardware facilities are complete, and the service attitude is good. For breakfast, you can choose a set meal from the menu. After the chef prepares it, the waiter will bring it to you. It is a very traditional ritual.

My mother and I were staying in Medford, OR to visit a family member who unfortunately passed away. When we had to leave it was very difficult but Tammy, the manager, was more than willing to give us hugs. She and the place was awesome.

We were disappointed that the photos showed a hot tub was available when in reality it was removed. Other than that great experience.

Convenient location, easy access to I-5. There is a mall right across the highway and some shops nearby, too; we didn't get the chance to visit ourselves however. A Costco is not too far away, either.

The first thing I saw was the toilet seat had a sanitized sticker on, but the floor was sticky. The beds were really comfy and I am very picky about it. Breakfast was just ok. What I didn't like it was that to go to my room on 2nd floor, I had to use the stairs with luggage.

Easy parking, no elevator but we didn’t have much luggage so ok using stairs. Check in easy and very accommodating. Was able to change from 1 to 2 beds to accommodate last minute travel plans. Thank you.

the location was great. we spent the night for after a medical surgery. the staff was very nice in checking in a little earlier in the day. there were several restaurants within walking distant. this is an older hotel but was great, and worked for our needs.

Room wasn’t very clean. Walls need a good scrub. The toilet has a nasty ring in it. No toilet lid. Only stayed there because it is close to the airport.

I love how clean the room was and the flooring was really nice. My only complaint is the loose soap holder in the shower and the loose shower door handle. With a little maintenance I would give 5 stars. Staff was great and parking was so nice. I felt at home here. The AC is super strong so you won't ever get hot.

Door to reception locked - finally understood that I needed to ring doorbell. Check-in quick but didn't seem welcoming - also found I needed to get ice from the office - no ice machine. Room very nice, air conditioned, clean, and good furniture placement. Check out quick and welcoming.

I had the pleasure of staying at Waverly Cottage on my recent vacation to Oregon. This was one of the most unique places that I have ever stayed. The entire cottage is furnished in antiques. Even the fridge and the stove were from the past. The host had everything we needed for a perfect stay including home made banana bread waiting for us. A perfect place!

With a quick trip to Southern Oregon to celebrate my son's 18th birthday, our stay at the Waverly Cottage far exceeded our expectations! The grounds are true perfection & the home very well kept. The interior was clean, comfortable & oh so delightfully fun!! Tiffany was a great help to work with from pre-planning to check out! This home is a gem in the heart of Medford...a must see...& stay!

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the Waverly Cottage. We were able to prepare our own meals and entertain friends in such a pleasant atmosphere. The cottage was well cared for and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the amenities needed. The antiques were beautiful and everything was in working order. Last October I visited the area for a wedding and I have to admit, I was intrigued and excited to stay in such a historic bed and breakfast. The location of the Waverly Cottage was perfect, the home was stunning and the owners were very welcoming. I highly recommend The Waverly Cottage for future visits.
