PET FRIENDLY HOTEL= wet dog smell in all the linens and bed. Beautiful view of the ocean over the top of the hotel in front of it, simple and easy check in, but we were a family w two kids stopping in for a night and didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel. Room and bed were both comfortable but not in the best repair, faucet, sink had issues and there were several cosmetic issues like badly scuffed paint that could use some touch up for a better visual effect. I was impressed by the good continental breakfast selection.

the rooms floors were a bit "soft" feeling but other than that the rooms were clean we had a good view minus powerlines which cant be changed so that was fine lol. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. close to many things and walk to the beach! will stay here again.

We checked in after hours and staff was quickly available and very courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location, reasonable price, and fantastic view.

It was a good stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very nice with variety of waffle, bagel, cereal, etc. Wish the ocean view window had screens so we could leave it open without birds and insects coming into the room.

Very clean and friendly. Very large rooms, motel next door was noisy and there were lights shining through the not so efficient dark room curtains. To he light made it uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep. Beds are soft, if you like that. Price is very reasonable, nice hot water and great water pressure.

Says online and when you call they have semi truck parking so does days Inn total lie don't park here if in semi won't make it I found out hard way

Clean and comfortable For an outdated hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was minimal: juice, coffee, and bakery items. Only wished they had the office unlocked and open at 7:30 to access breakfast items. Would stay there again.

The Inn and location were wonderful. I wish we could have had an ocean view, but it was too expensive. Staff, cleanliness, and amenities were great.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite and could not believe how spacious, clean and well appointed it was. Excellent ocean view, cozy fireplace and awesome breakfast

We love this place! We try to visit every year. Each room comes with beautiful views, friendly people, and a quiet location. It is a good value as well. Agate Beach motel has truly become one of our happy places.

Overall positive; an older place with a lot of positives, mostly seclusion and away from highway/city noise. There were a few things that could be improved - eg. there was no heat in bedroom, so it was rather cold. TV setup was not very user friendly. But overall still positive and a nice change of pace from a multi-story hotel or resort.

Agate Beach has been our go to spot for a few years now. The view is stunning. The rooms/baby houses really/ are so charming but most of all the staff are amazing. We booked this motel for one night on our way down the Oregon Coast ~ but we wish we had planned to stay longer!! The staff, the accommodations, and the VIEW are wonderful! We highly recommend this place for couples or a family getaway!

We stayed two nights at the end of October. The first night was cool but we went out to the evening fire pit and relaxed with a cocktail and listened to the crashing waves.
