It was a wonderful stay! This place is not the "budget-friendliest" place out there, but it was one of the very few with the actual working restaurant, and let me tell you... We didn't even want to go anywhere else - the food was just SO good. Plus the service... Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was nice (although it was a handicapped room and we didn’t request one), location was easy to access, loved that they had a 24/hr prepared food section, pool area was nice (we didn’t have time to use it though 😞), overall had a positive experience.

Everything was clean and neat. My only complaint about the room is that the mattress was smaller around and would expose the end which was brutal on our legs.

This property did not provide free breakfast so the question was not applicable. The placement of the complementary water bottles for privilege members was misleading since upon my reservation it was already known I was not member. You are charged $3 per bottle if the water taken if you are not Hilton member.

Very clean and comfortable room! Wish there was a coffee maker in the room but they were prompt with putting coffee out in the lobby at 6 am.

Ice storm hit late afternoon Friday and the parking lot was not salted by 10am Saturday. Very dangerous walking or driving There's no breakfast avaliable on the property or within walking distance - the restaurant should be open in some form for guests daily

Great staff, amazing room, overall a 10/10 experience with the Cork Hotel in Lancaster. I cannot recommend staying here if you are going to the Red Rose City!

The room was spotless and spacious. Bathroom was clean and shower roomy. Could have used a bigger TV but manageable.

Visited off season on a cold February weekend, and had a perfect time. The pool and spa were perfect, room was clean, warm and cozy! The hotel itself is fun with the steamboat theme through out!

We stay here every Christmas season. The decor and attention to detail are fantastic This year a few things were off. We look fwd to our Christmas themed rubber duck in the bathroom. Before guests arrive for a wedding and rain is predicted confirm that each room has umbrellas.Umbrellas are needed to walk to the ceremony and reception center and back to the room in downpours.

Our room was great, but the waiter or waitress didn't take our food order after we were there for 25 minutes. We had a couples massage and my person wouldn't apply firm pressure despite that I had asked her politely to do so several times during the massage so that was upsetting. I did reduce the upfront 21% tip afterward to account for that. I've been here many times and despite the above issues...

We absolutely loved our stay. Not only were the rooms clean and beautiful, the staff was so friendly and amazing. The restaurant was delicious. We had the autumn risotto, lamb, swordfish, lobster, and pasta and a wonderful Nebbiolo wine. We would highly recommend staying here.

The room was excellent, and mostly, we had a very good stay, but be aware - they prioritize their weddings. So when, at 9:15 on Sunday morning, we were woken up by bagpipes and drums and we called the front desk, we were told there was a wedding going on and there was nothing to be done. Not the relaxing end to our weekend that we wanted.
