This was our first time and we had a blast. We stayed for only one night. The entire hotel has a really cool theme and feeling to it. They even have some late music playing in the hallways as you go to your room, which give you a cool kind of feel. The beds were comfortable. The pool area is great. It’s located right in the heart of downtown Lancaster. We will definitely be staying again. Forgot to add that they had free coffee and cookies in the lobby!

Visited off season on a cold February weekend, and had a perfect time. The pool and spa were perfect, room was clean, warm and cozy! The hotel itself is fun with the steamboat theme through out!

This was the second year we've made reservations for the Fulton Steamboat Inn's New Year's Eve package. The Fulton is a classy, exquisitely furnished hotel. And aside from the souvenir Champagne flutes, exceptional dinner menu, a free Champagne toast and the festive gathering to watch Time Square on the large projection screen, it was also a polite, sophisticated crowd. The halls were quiet when we returned to our room around 12:20AM.
The only less than satisfactory point again was the "family breakfast" in the morning. Just a big plate full of unhealthy carbs and fats. We were told it was easier for the kitchen to serve a full house this way.
Never the less, we'll be back next year as well as the several times a year we come after shows at the American Music Theater. It's a great venue.

I stayed at this hotel since I was a lil girl with my parents and sisters. Than I started bringing my husband, than my 2 kids and my 2 grandkids. I honestly been staying at other hotels the past 2 yrs or so cause Steamboats is sooo overly priced. I only been staying there when I have a gift certificate. I spoke with other guests at other hotels just in conversation a s they say the same. But I do and will always love the steamboat. The place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and its always very clean.

We stay here every Christmas season. The decor and attention to detail are fantastic This year a few things were off. We look fwd to our Christmas themed rubber duck in the bathroom. Ours was not Christmas, we look fwd to the Christmas plushies in the claw machine. They were regular plushies. The coffee in the lobby was never hot, just warm. Lastly the details in cleaning the bathroom seem to be falling off. These aren't big things, they we're sweet details that made it more memorable. Overall we still love it, the all you can eat breakfast at the on site restaurant was delicious.

Enjoyed the uniquest of the property. It was decorated for fall and it had a special charm about it. It was clean and the staff was pleasant.

This is our second year staying here. The location is excellent. Lots of fun things to do and see. Great eating options. Breakfast at the hotel was great. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend booking you won’t be disappointed

Fire pits and duck koi pond very relaxing. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Checking in and out was quick and easy

Very friendly! The vanity in our room could stand a good scrubbing… either powder or dust all over it but the room was beautiful! Love staying here!
