The outside of this motel definitely does not look like the photo. It has not been taken care of and there's trash around the facility. They keep the front door locked so you have to wait for someone to escort you in to check in and out. Service is not very friendly and seems agitated when you have questions. They wouldn't allow us to wait inside the air conditioned lobby when we were waiting for our Uber to take us back to the airport. Not very hospitable.I was actually pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was however, there were only three pillows and no extra blanket. Good thing the AC worked, but it sounded like a plane taking off every time it would kick on. The bed was comfy. It is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Awful stay
It was mediocre the check in at the front desk was slow the clerk was on the phone the whole time,it looked like someone was living in the front office with a bed and left over pizza box there
The room was gross poo on the wall under light switch in the bathroom, main door to our room wasn't staying shut unless u slammed it. I don't recommend them

This is a standard, clean, comfortable place to stay at a standard price. The room, service, and location were exactly as I expected they would be. The staff was friendly and helpful while I was in a tricky spot.
I would recommend this room to anyone driving through Columbia because the location is perfect for an overnight rest and convenient to some food and shopping.
The hotel manager complimented my moustache a couple times which was very satisfying. A good time all around.

The lady at the front desk was rude she didn’t want to talk, she just laid a paper down to sign but didn’t say to sign it, the room was dirty like they didn’t sweep , and one of the beds was not made up and after all that when u get home I see I was charged again for the room.

It was one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. I was on a call when I pulled up and the manager came out to ask my if I was getting a room or what. I was basically rushed off the phone and rushed to go inside. The check in process was slow and the desk clerk or manager, whatever his position is, was just rude and had no personality. After I checked in I went to park. I had to climb a wall to get to my room. There were a few handicapped parking spots. These spots had ramps that lead straight into a wall. I'm not sure how those spots would be accessible to anyone, especially someone who is handicapped. When we got in our room, we were greeted by roaches and flies. We barely slept and had to sleep in our clothes because we felt uncomfortable. We didn't even use the shower or toilet for fear of what may be in those or on those areas. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Over $200 for 1 night and the room and experience weren't worth $2.

The surroundings were good. The cleanliness of the room was fine except a few cockroaches were running around. I kind of expect that being that we’re in South Carolina. I tried to contact the front desk but no one was available.
