The staff, in particular Louis were excellent. Unfortunately, the room did not have body wash or an ironing board.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the beds comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms needed more light and the shower was awful. The water trickled out and was either hot or freezing. With that being said we’d still stay here again. The location is excellent!

Best nights sleep - on best pillows - in as long as I can remember. And all staff were super cool and kind, ESPECIALLY the woman at the front desk on my checkin.

The Courtyard by Marriott property was wonderful; nice rooms, great staff, and a very clean-looking place to be. It was quiet and good for sleeping. The drawback was that it was somewhat isolated, with no nearby restaurants or shopping areas that I could see. The Courtyard has a small restaurant with a limited menu, but no free breakfast like they used to have. It is in close proximity to the hospital...

Nice room, clean & quiet. Bed was a little soft for me but mr wife loved it. Ill definitely stay again.

Initially, I was in the outside room where the lock was not operable, but when I voiced my concern about my safety, the young lady that was on duty found me an inside room that was clean and very inviting

The front desk staff was nice...the housekeeping is sorry i was gone all day gets back the bed haven't even been touched.thy only made the bed and changed the linens after i left a note on the bed. The next day .it always sounded as if something was in the walls beating on it..the tv remote did not work even after i went to the front desk and got new batteries..not a hotel i would recommend

Room was decent but much smaller than expected. Pretty sure a baby spider ran off the bed when i started spraying my Lysol but i couldn't find it. I did not like how my room was outside at what i thought was an indoor hotel. Did not eat breakfast so cant rate that. Staff i encountered was pleasant.

It's not a bad place to stay overall, considering they don't have that many amenities, I can't complain about the quality of the room. There are a lot of charging ports available for use on the nightstand and plenty of room to spread out and relax.

This property is in dire need of an upgrade and an elevator. Overall is was a decent experience. My stay was 5 nights so i was packed for such a stay. I was unaware of the lack of an elevator and that probably would have made me not stay there. The staff was good and the room was pretty clean but definitely outdated.

Good value for the price considering a ton of hotels in the area were ridiculously overpriced. Staff was nice. Room was slightly damp but air conditioner helped with that after turning it up a little. You can tell they are trying to update finished but the bathroom and peeling paint I’m sure is due to inability of drying out walls before laying down primer. Cheap rooms , most of the time you get a great room for a great price , when they are fully booked is when I have had family or friends receive not the cleanest or nicest up to 3 star hotel standards that's for sure. Local to area. The rooms have no view, and there's nothing that can change that. The hotel is in a very accessible area with plenty of shopping near by. Very impressed with the remodel and rebranding. Had a friend stay here previously so I seen inside before. If my HW heater goes out again, I'll stay here again and highly recommend. This location has come a long way from where it was.

The hotel's location was highly convenient, offering easy freeway access and plentiful parking. The staff was cooperative and helpful.

Room was what is expected at this price point and location. One thing to note - we booked a one king bed room that was said to sleep 3. In the photo there was an upholstered chair next to the bed which we assumed was a single fold out bed. Nope! Thankfully, as we were 2 adults and a 7 year old we all shared the bed with no issues, but the story would have been very different if it was 3 adults!

Simple hotel. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. It was a bit dated. For the money, that's to be expected. Not much to look at in the area. Easy drive to food and drinks. Only 10 mins away from the stadium.

When we got to the hotel, the East Indian owner literally kicked us out of the hotel, claiming he is the new owner, he won't take any previous reservation. My room was dirty. My sheets had cigarette holes and burns. My sheets and pillow cases were dirty looking.I woke up with Three bedbugs bite on my elbow. I then told management and they said we don't have bedbugs and walked off. No vinding machine. No restaurant within walking distance. Management walks straight in your room in the morning without knocking. And most of all the rooms is not worth asking...

This place has had a face-lift on the inside. It's a breath of fresh air. I've been here when it was a Budget Inn now it's a higher class hotel. The only thing there missing is a breakfast bar.

The surroundings were good. The cleanliness of the room was fine except a few cockroaches were running around. I kind of expect that being that we’re in South Carolina. I tried to contact the front desk but no one was available.
