Received excellent customer service from Armando. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. They had a good snack bar selection as well.

Fantastic hotel in downtown Columbia. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. All of the "Moxy" touches were here just like at other Moxy hotels (games, cool atmosphere and supportive staff). The rooftop bar is very nice and has great views of downtown. The staff at the "food truck" were great and the food is very authentic.

Great addition to downtown Columbia! This new hotel has really helped their nightlife, especially with the rooftop bar/lounge. There is also a bar on the main floor in the lobby, which is where you check in. They give you a token for a “free drink”, but it’s one THEY select and it was horrible! Great location - fun vibe and easy access to lots of areas like the Vista, Soda City, USC, and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Rooftop bar has great views, friendly staff, fun decor, clean rooms with nice views (city side) and a great rain shower (only comment is to watch walking on the room wood floors - splinters). I visit every 4 weeks due to my work schedule and for the weeks that I stay there, I am satisfied with their services. They attend you very well at the front desk but one down fall is that you often have to go remind them that you would like your bedsheets cleaned and would like new towels. So cleaning services is not so great. They do have a pool and a tennis/basketball court so that's always nice...

The place was very beautiful. The room was like its own house. Pool is outdoor. Was dirty when i was there. And service is great. Places deliver there. Definitely would reccomend.

Great value for the price. And the in-unti kitchen was the main reason why I booked at this place. However, some units are renovated and others are not. Make sure you stay at a renovated one.

The surroundings were good. The cleanliness of the room was fine except a few cockroaches were running around. I kind of expect that being that we’re in South Carolina. I tried to contact the front desk but no one was available.

Army graduation No breakfast but our bed was comfortable. Very close to Fort Jackson and many restaurants and shopping.

Reserved a king room and was told they didn't have any available. I like the first floor because I sometimes have to use a cane to walk. My daughter stayed with me the first night and was present at check-in. The only thing I didn't like this time around was having to take a double instead of the king I asked for.

We were in town for a funeral and stayed here. The staff was phenomenal; they were attentive and very welcoming. They serve a nice quick breakfast in the morning, that's open until 10. My only real complaint was that it takes a while for the water in the bathroom to warm up. Our stay was very nice and I would recommend.
