The Holiday Inn express at Woodruff Road in Greenville, South Carolina is just wonderful! I frequently stay there when I come to town. the rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and it is a great location as it is near many restaurants and shopping. The highlight of my stay is seeing Miss Toni, who is in charge of the dining hall. She has the best professional yet personable customer service you could ever imagine. The dining hall is always clean and she makes it feel like you’re eating at your favorite aunt’s house. I always look forward to having breakfast when I’m there. I give the Holiday Inn an express at Woodruff Road five stars and Miss Toni gets 10😊

No microwaves in the room, breakfast is not included, there is a funny turnaround to get into the hotel parking lot. And parking is limited. Nice bed, clean hotel, friendly staff

I stayed for 3 nights during the ice storm. The woman at the front desk, Jeanie was fantastic! She is really sweet and went above and beyond for me. Their Breakfast is really, REALLY good, too. And they had fresh coffee every morning with plenty of creamer selections. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was to die for. Most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on!

Rooms were very nice, very clean...my only complaint was the noise coming from another room at 3:00 a.m. Via a tour bus...however, I can understand they were all happy and tired. I will stay there again. The breakfast was great. I rarely have breakfast...they were so incredibly nice and wanted me to eat as I went downstairs just for coffee. The nice ladies asked how I liked my eggs...I didn't even ask...what a sweetheart to be so kind! The people at the front desk? Very kind . Most helpful as I was looking for water. Overall, you couldn't ask for a better place to stay! I have stayed in 5 star hotels. Your entire staff was a complete A list !!! Excellent group of people! Oh, and house keeping knocked so gingerly on my door as if they didn't want to disturb me. A young man and young lady with a clipboard just wanted to know if I wanted my room clean and or if I needed anything, fresh towels, soap or anything. They were so sweet. So kiddos to you guys for making my stay there with you guys feel like home away from home during Christmas. Thank you!

A very nice experience! The only thing was the indoor pool. It was cold during the evening but considering its winter. Its expected. Other than that. One of the best hotels that I've ever stayed at!!!

Front desk staff was amazing. My room was spotless. I've stayed here 3 times and will continue to use this hotel whem I'm in town.

Parking was easy in one direction. The road in front of the hotel had a divider that only allows for right turns, so you had to go up 2 lights in either direction to make a u turn. The blackout shade in my room was broken and required maintenance to come fix it, the remote was literally taped to the wall. The ice machine on my floor was broken throughout my entire stay, so if you wanted ice you had to go to the next floor to get it. When checking out I asked for a receipt of my stay and was informed that it was only available through ******* and they could not provide me a copy.

I do a lot of traveling for business. I've stayed at a lot of hotels. This is the first time I've been so impressed with the staff. Not only were they very polite and helpful, but they were real. It wasn't just the formal stuffy politeness (which I still appreciate). They were simply genuine and in good humor. It seemed like they were very happy to work there.
