Bed was SO comfortable, I slept all through the night!!! Staff incredible especially the girls at breakfast and Adam at the bar.
Front desk was so pleasant and helpful! Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was great too!
Check in employee blocked two cards for incidentals when it should be one. Hotel is very old, breakfast has very limited choices for the price that you pay which is not included, wifi is not included
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good. The property is reaching a point were it could use a refresh.
The only negative is that they don't have free wi-fi in the rooms anymore. Otherwise, its always a great stay any time we're in Greenville. Good restaurant and shuttle service are an important and appreciated bonus.
This Marriott is so nice. Very clean and a sophisticated look to it. Every staff member is pleasant and goes the extra step if you need anything. We’ve stayed there several times.

Front desk staff were very pleasant. The “non-smoking” room smelled of smoke and ****. And most importantly, there was not a single usb charger in the room. Another couple in the elevator commented on the same issue of no charging stations. The bed was comfortable. Lesson learned / you get what you pay for.
My mother is handicapped and in complete heart failure. The heat went out at her house so I booked her a room for 2 nights while it was repaired.
During her stay, they respectfully acknowledged the “Do Not Disturb” sign and my instruction that she would be unable to answer the door for housekeeping or other.
They handled my delayed check out today, coming from my work (where I started at 4 am) to...
While this hotel could certainly use a renovation to bring it up to the standards of a modern LaQuinta hotel, it was a great stay for the price paid! The breakfast was well-stocked and much appreciated, the room was in good condition, the parking lot was well-lit and convenient, and the location itself was fantastic--a very short drive to downtown GVL, and close to Haywood Mall and lots of good restaurants...
The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. There was trash all on the floor by the door we came in. The room was clean enough. The remote to the tv didn’t work. Breakfast was so so. Missed not having any fruit other than apples. Bananas would have been great.
Lamps didn’t work! No trash can in the bathroom! Sink water came black! Towel is very old and ruff! Elevate extremely slow! Carpet has a very bad odor in the room and hallway!
This was an exceptionally nice stay at the LA Quinta Inn. We travel with our pup so we've stayed at lots of these locations. Clean inside and out, nice beds, clean showers, friendly staff. Good part of town. Free parking. Abt 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville but so worth the few minutes drive for a reasonably priced room for 1/2 what you'd pay downtown.

The Holiday Inn express at Woodruff Road in Greenville, South Carolina is just wonderful! I frequently stay there when I come to town. the rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and it is a great location as it is near many restaurants and shopping. The highlight of my stay is seeing Miss Toni, who is in charge of the dining hall. She has the best professional yet personable customer...
No microwaves in the room, breakfast is not included, there is a funny turnaround to get into the hotel parking lot. And parking is limited. Nice bed, clean hotel, friendly staff
I stayed for 3 nights during the ice storm. The woman at the front desk, Jeanie was fantastic! She is really sweet and went above and beyond for me. Their Breakfast is really, REALLY good, too. And they had fresh coffee every morning with plenty of creamer selections. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was to die for. Most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on!
Rooms were very nice, very clean...my only complaint was the noise coming from another room at 3:00 a.m. Via a tour bus...however, I can understand they were all happy and tired. I will stay there again. The breakfast was great. I rarely have breakfast...they were so incredibly nice and wanted me to eat as I went downstairs just for coffee. The nice ladies asked how I liked my eggs...I didn't...
A very nice experience! The only thing was the indoor pool. It was cold during the evening but considering its winter. Its expected. Other than that. One of the best hotels that I've ever stayed at!!!
Front desk staff was amazing. My room was spotless. I've stayed here 3 times and will continue to use this hotel whem I'm in town.

The check-in process was easy, with good explanations about parking ($19 in the adjacent parking garage). The room was clean. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Rooms were very clean. Showers had immediate hot water and great water pressure
Room was good. Asked for an adjoining room for my sister. Was told we could not have adjoining rooms, but front desk clerk said she would get us as close as possible. We were put on separate floors.
Everything was excellent from the front door to the room. We had excellent time and will return to your hotel again with more family and friends. Thank you.
Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We were disappointed that our room was not serviced but once we called housekeeping for fresh towels,
They arrived immediately. Overall a lovely stay!
Breakfast was a Starbucks. Room cleaning every other day. Coffee and towels in guest rooms are not stocked for a one day delay on services. Cheap bedding and bath soap.

Just like the past 3 or 4 times that I've stayed here recently, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff are very professional and nice and work diligently to make sure my stay was great. Being a night shift worker, I am horrible when it comes to getting up in the morning to even function, so thank goodness they're always so kind to allow me a late check out. I feel like this place is like my second...
My only complaint would be that I had to keep calling downstairs for fresh towels no time during my stay did a maid come to knock on the door to see if I needed fresh linens or anything or to empty my trash that would be the only hiccup other than that it was a great stay rooms clean spacious I loved it and the fact that it was a smoking room made it a great Plus
This motel has came a long ways. About a year ago, this motel was overall a bad motel but it has changed exponentially for the good. They've remodeled, have friendly staff and is very clean. I've had to ask for late check outs my past 2 visits and they were so nice to oblige. This is definitely where I like to stay when I visit Greenville SC.
Clean room. Centrally located. Pet friendly and parking was right in front of room entrance
Breakfast was nice but ran out fast. Rooms were not decorated the same as picture.
Had to provide. my husbands ID along with mine upon arrival!! Never had to do that before ! Room was accessible as requested, but a long way from lobby where breakfast was!! This Baymont has been remodeled recently, which I was glad!! At first, room smelled from trying to hide odors, but was ok! Room was very clean! Would stay here again.

I seen a few roaches. So pest control.
Decent room. Staff was great. Thanks
right on the hiway folks, very noisy traffic scene fyi. the bathroom fan is on motion sensor as is the light which can be brain blitzes in the middle of the night. its a motel, so loud voices on the balcony walkway outside the door can be like alarm clocks. but hey, its a nice clean little room and this nonsmoker approves. no nourishmebt on the premise,
peace out
Tv was stuck on Spanish subtitles or language, couldn't change. Room was clean but old feeling, not updated
The service was good, and it appeared clean, but we killed 7 roaches during our 3 night stay.
For this price, it was great! The rooms were clean and updated. Check in was easy and there were no problems! It's near a lot, like the convention center and I was happy with my stay!

Stayed recently for $65 a night. Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet.
On the negative side, room floor was sticky, towels were small and rough, blinds were old, air conditioning took some patience.
For $65 not bad, about what you would expect.
We had an unexpected night out, literally. Our house sold, the sale of our next house fell through, we moved into our RV and the brakes were failing. We had to stay at a hotel close to were our RV was overnighting for repairs. I was a ball of nerves. The staff at Wyndham were very great at social distancing, and everything was extra clean. For safety reasons, the breakfast choices were all prepackaged...
We stay here through the Shriners Children's Hospital, usually about every 3 or 4 months, and the staff are great, very friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfy cozy. They do have a restaurant in the lobby if you want to just grab a quick bit to eat or even a drink to unwind. They offer a breakfast but I do wish they had more of a selection for breakfast. You can get an omelet cooked anyway you...
Good location, plenty of restaraunts nearby and close to interstate. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good parking.
This place has a friendly and very helpful staff that always helps me find the room I'm delivering to (im a pizza guy)
Rooms were ok. Clean. Check in and check out staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and I would have enjoyed it if half of it had not been wrapped up before 10:00am. Granted I got there at 9:30pm, but when you start closing shop while I am making my plate. It kind of pisses me off.

It was adequate. It had a kitchenette, but not a single utensil, plate, or paper towel. If you want to cook in the stove top, bring your own pot or pan because it is completely 100% empty. It was cheap and the location was convenient. Very strong musty cigarette smell and the floor was very sticky. Also bring your own shampoo, etc. There was a bar of soap. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, but...
Worst hotel id ever been to. Our room had previously been used as a long term rental and had NOT BEEN CLEANED AT ALL before we arrived. DISGUSTING!
Worst hotel id ever been to. This place rents rooms long term also and I'm sure we got one of those. It appeared that it had not been cleaned at all when Iast ppl left. It was so bad that I walked in, turned around and took my bags back to the car. I went immediately to the grocery for bleach cleaner and cleaned the room for 2 hours myself when I got back so I could stand to stay. There were roaches...
I had a great stay here last night. The room was clean and comfortable. Katie at the front desk was super helpful and assisted me in the best way possible! Her customer service skills definitely exceeded all of my expectations! The nightly rate is a fair price and the location is convenient. I will absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank y'all so much!!
Nice updated rooms. Rooms still have a kitchen area from where Savannah suites had one before which is great. Rooms are kinda pricey at $100 a night, you can get the same deal at the same kind of hotel for $56.
The room was nice. However, if you're going to have a kitchen, at least have the pots and pans etc to use it. Not all of us are locals staying there. Some of us are there for work. I don't take my kitchen stuff when I travel. Shouldn't have to!

Beds too squeaky and mattresses too lumpy. Could use a luggage rack.
Bathroom towels & shower mat old & stiff.
Would be more convenient to have a pod coffee maker & more supplies (paper towels, pods, creamers, tea bags etc)
Overall, nice location, easy access, nice size and clean
We throughly enjoyed our stay. We came down from Virginia for a concert at the CCNB Amphitheater. This place is now added on our list to come back to for quick stays! Very nice, and clean rooms!
Thanks again!
APT Suites was great
Lots of space, very clean and staff very efficient.
Stayed here last summer and enjoyed spacious rooms, full kitchen and the location. Liked the inner yard and quiet atmosphere. It’s just 15 minutes walk from Haywood Mall. Will definitely come back.
Great Stay
Great stay! The apartment was clean. The A/C was quiet. Check in and out was efficient. All areas of property were clean and well lit. Very quiet on property.
StayAPT Suites Greenville
It was clean but not overly clean. ALL the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher so no one checked this upon new guest arrival seems like a big miss.
The bathroom door was missing screws so it was clunky to open and close.

We had an enjoyable overnight with our three granddaughters. The pool was the perfect activity for them. And all three picky eaters found something at breakfast. Thank you!
Other than the parking, our stay was great! We had to plenty nearby to do with our kids. Great breakfast, WiFi, cleanliness and service! Everyone was so nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and it being open late. Will be planning to stay again.
Process was simple. Room was available earlier than planned which was great. The only hiccup was the digital key did not work. Got a hard key quickly and had no problems after that
Amazing staff! Great amenities. Excellent location with easy access to all things downtown.
Very spacious and clean room with great view, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.
There was no one at the counter when we arrived. We waited for about 20 minutes before someone got there.
The room was great.

This location is ran by competent staff who stay on top of things, especially the manager. We all respect each other, its quiet. The worlds hard enough right now. We appreciate you letting us call it home..... temporarily.
Really friendly people, room service on time, front desk persons always want to help, manager great person and capable to fix any problem with you reservation, 100% Recommended.
10/10 must try again, amazing hotel! The room was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. The manager Karoleen looks like she knows what she’s doing and her helpfulness is well over exceptional. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Greenville or visiting the area, Thanks ESA!
I like to add my honest opinion when I stay at a place so that I can help others with a choice.
This hotel is lacking appeal, and hospitality. I felt it was in a sketchy part of the city, and found out I was right. A police officer I know said he is frequently called here to help with bad tenent behavior in rooms and the secluded parking lot.
It is also very out dated and has no appeal. I know we were...
The BEST extended hotel in the area!
Me and my husband have been staying here for about 2 months now.
The rooms are large and spacious, and have everything that we need. They have a little living area with a couch (if you get the larger room). The kitchen also has an oven, which no other extended hotel in this area has!
The rooms are clean, housekeeping staff is amazing! Kelly (the head housekeeper...
I’ve been a resident here for a year and seven months. I’m posting this review now because of how *excellent* things currently are here! Feby is a brilliant manager! Unlike a previous manager, she cares SO MUCH about her residents here and bends over backwards to fix any issue and make it right. Also brilliant are longtime staffers Melissa and Carson! They’ve helped me so many times during my tenure...

There are so many wonderful things to share about this bed and breakfast..the room (Hummingbird) was perfect as I was traveling solo and with the balcony to relax on, I made the right choice. I can't say enough about the amazing breakfasts served, they were delicious and presented beautifully. My welcome by Sue and Randy was simply Southern warmth and I will always remember my visit fondly. Thank...
The first time we visited was August 2025. This was the first time we stayed at a Bed and Breakfast. Our experience was outstanding! Since that time, we have visited other bed and breakfast locations in other states. The other places were very nice. I can not deny but, Pettigru stands at the top of elegance, luxury, ultimate guest service and the breakfast is so delicious. There are so many things...
Beautiful bed and breakfast with charming staff. Enjoyed our short stay to attend March Madness basketball games. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Our room on the first floor was very quiet and meticulously decorated. Walking distance to The Falls downtown and endless restaurant options.
Room was great, staff was friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Glass of wine and cheese around 4 to 6 was a nice touch
Room was great, clean and comfortable.
Staff was outstanding.
Great breakfast as well.
Super place to stay
We visited for Greenville, SC for our anniversary. We have an amazing stay at the Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast. We stayed in the Rosamunde room. Although, it was a queen size bed, the room was more spacious with the two wing chairs. The coffee bar was great and the soft drinks in the refrigerator were a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There is a sitting room...

Room was clean and staff was accommodating. We reserved a Deluxe room but got a standard. Seems to be confusion about what a Deluxe room is. They have a wonderful breakfast and cocktail hour.
Everyone there is so courteous I love the kick back I love that they have breakfast and that they have something for you in the evening it is very wonderful 10 out of 10 most recommend
Very wonderful stay! Staff were awesome, food was great (except the hot dogs were some off brand and they were disgusting). My grandson had the best time at the pool.
Great evening buffet. Excellent breakfast. Heated indoor pool! Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.
This is the most friendly hotel I stayed in from front desk staff to maintenance staff. It's the simple things. Instead of telling us what is available they ask what we would like. Do you want turn down service? ,for example. They offered so much. The "Kick Back" for example. Never experienced this at any other hotel. In our opinion the food at breakfast and kick back was great. The perks are...

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was options and quality could be improved.
Property was is process of doing some renovations but provided good barriers to noise and mess.
While some may want room service everyday, I'm glad they didn't seem to enter my room. They respected my privacy, and to me, that's more important than my room being clean everyday. This was my first time staying at a hotel and it was a simple yet successful experience.
It was fine. There was a very strong fragrance smell (not in a good way) throughout the lobby and the hallways. A smell like that seems like it’s covering something. The rooms were fine for one night.
Very clean hotel...i really enjoyed my stay here. The owner was very attentive to my needs and the staff were just as accommodating and kind. I had no issues and wished i could have stayed longer.
Room was clean and staff was helpful. That is all I was looking for. A very comfortable stay for a very reasonable price.
We were so pleased with excellent service, cleanliness, and location of the establishment. The breakfast is self serve. It would be nice to offer a little more to eat. We would stay there again.
