The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite!!!
Nice breakfast buffet.
Wouldn't stay here or at another Sonesta brand hotel again.
First: My credit card has a $100 hold plus another $44 hold on it now. I understand the incidental hold of $100 but why $44?
Second: They will come back to this review and say this is "normal" but how many roadside hotels do you know that charge for parking? Yeah, resorts do but not hotels on the side of the interstate. I stay at lots, never been charged for parking
Rooms weren't that nice either. Dated, feet were black from walking on the carpet. Smelled like someone was smoking somewhere. Loud, could hear neighbors. I recommend sticking with the Tru by Hilton or Aloft by Marriott in this area for inexpensive and nice accomodations.
Still concerned about these holds, we will see what happens and if they fall off. If not, charge back here we come.
