I honestly wouldn't even give it one star!!!
Beds were nasty like they weren't changed just made back up, the floors were gross, they weren't even vacuumed. Our wash clothes that were suppose to be "clean" were wet. Our AC/heater didn't work.
They dont have an ice machine. The sink was covered in hair and also the shower was nasty & had hair all in it.
When you turn the tv on there is no picture only sound. The phone didn't work and the shower water constantly ran. The price to stay is cheap and now I see why but it should be cheaper. There are cops riding around the parking lot all night. I don't think it is a very safe area. We also got a none smoking room and there were burns in the beds, smelled like smoke, and also ashes all in the floor.🤢👎

Big sign says no pool or lobby or breakfast. Deadbolt missing. They figure once you get there. It’s too late to do anything about it. Person behind the counter is nice but said he’s worked there for a year and they’ve never had a pool or a breakfast. Some thing that they only had before Covid but it’s on all of the ads for the hotel.

Booked online days in advance. They had no record of me until I asked them to call Expedia. They took down price info from Expedia, then tried to talk me into a "better" room for only a few dollars more. It became clear they didn't have the room I reserved. In the end I was able to get a different room for the same price I had booked with Expedia.

The hotel itself is not awful, but it doesn't scream "safe and cozy". The room was clean with a few cosmetic issues (ceiling tiles chipping, interesting stains on the carpet, etc).

I would most likely not stay here again, definitely not book it through any online site.

NASTY! The pool was halfway full of green pond scum, they seemed clueless about the reservation we'd made on Travelocity, charged us more than we had reserved it for online, and the first room we looked at was infested with roaches. When we went back to the desk, she blamed housekeeping and offered us another room. The lights in this room did not work, there were bedbugs around the microwave, there were roach carcasses behind the shelves, and all of the furniture was covered in mysterious stains. When we went back to the desk to demand a refund, she blamed housekeeping again and said she couldn't give us a full refund because she had to pay to have both rooms cleaned again and even went so far as to say the roaches were not her problem. We put in a call to the health department because this place was GROSS! I've stayed in places for half what they charged that were twice as nice.

TERRIBLE NASTY AND VERY RUDE. SHOWER DIDNT HAVE RUNNING WATER. HEATER WAS BROKEN. OWNERS ACCUSED USNOF BREAKING.

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
