Hotels in Gatlinburg

Not near as nice as the photos. The pool didn’t even have water in it and we were under the impression it would be open considering nothing on the booking list stated otherwise. “Continental breakfast” was a few mini muffins, watered down apple and orange justice, cereal, and sausage.

Check in was easy and the lady at the front counter was AMAZING! We walked about 5 min and everything was close. I will definitely stay here again!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Super 8. The room was comfortable & clean. The location of the motel was excellent as was the staff. Thank you.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. If you don't like thick pillows bring your own. Adequate parking. Great location. Walk to most things.

No drinks in vending machines, and breakfast bread had mold on it, asked for more bread and he brought out bread with his bare hands. Disgusting.

The cabin was a little outdated but very cozy, the driveway is extremely steep, the bears would not go away, a bear actually got in my car, one bear was watching us while in the hot tub. The staff was amazing though.

The place was pretty clean and very secluded. The deck could have been swept and chairs rearranged and cleaned. It looked like no one had been out there to clean ever. The hot tub would not heat up past 90 after the first day. The pool table is too big and room too small. Would suggest removing and putting something smaller in the room. Rooms are comfy and clean. The bathroom was a little on the small side but it was fine! The balcony was right next to the creek, very pretty if it hadn't been so cold! We will be back!

Such a hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice motel this was. It has been renovated. Our air conditioner kept shutting off and the shower suddenly went to burning hot or freezing water. Other than that, it was great. I would definitely stay here again!!

Super charming older motel! We enjoyed our stay immensely. The motel has been recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. On weekends they provide a made to order breakfast which was delicious. Our room had a balcony overlooking a peaceful stream. I highly recommend this motel for a great stay at a reasonable price!

For the person asking if the hotel is open, I do not think it is due to renovations. You can keep calling, but a few weeks ago it looked like they were gutting the place and doing an overhaul. I have to write 200 words for this review to be accepted, so I will add the pool has not had water all season. The hair salon has been open that is located in the end unit of the motel.
