Hotels in Gatlinburg

I enjoyed my stay at the Super 8. The room was comfortable & clean. The location of the motel was excellent as was the staff. Thank you.

Room was nice and clean. There was some bugs in the bathroom but over all clean

Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. If you don't like thick pillows bring your own. Adequate parking. Great location. Walk to most things.

No drinks in vending machines, and breakfast bread had mold on it, asked for more bread and he brought out bread with his bare hands. Disgusting.

Unfortunately, aside from the relatively convenient parking, everything else was pretty mediocre. The room was basic, and the hygiene and facilities were just average. Not good value for money. I didn't get to try breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

When the person at the desk says, "Watch out for bears around the property and dont leave food in the car .

The place was pretty clean and very secluded. The deck could have been swept and chairs rearranged and cleaned. It looked like no one had been out there to clean ever. The hot tub would not heat up past 90 after the first day. The pool table is too big and room too small. Would suggest removing and putting something smaller in the room. The cabin was ok I guess I didn’t really like the two nights that I stayed it was difficult just to see inside the lights aren’t bright then the skylight doesn’t really help because the trees around the house are overgrown then the place wasn’t really clean the bathroom upstairs is so small and where the toilet is located is so narrow it’s hard to just wipe lol and the curtain in the shower was so...

missing a final touch, and it is waiting for remodeling. For the price they charge, has to be better clean and newer

The room is so clean the bathroom is just the right size a 2 in 1 shower the balcony gives a beautiful view of the creek there plenty of ducks air conditioning works wonderderful the pools is wonderful free ice it's in the perfect place

Tbh I wasn’t expected too much but I was amazed of how clean and tidy this place was. The front office lady was so friendly and the prices were not as expensive as the downtown hotels but this place was perfect for our goal, sleep that night and rest.

Great place to stay clean room and water pressure in shower is wonderful. Nice to sit on balcony to watch and listen to the creek.

This motel is very dated.The carpets were kind of gross,but over all it was very clean and comfortable. For being so close to the strip,i was surprised by how quiet it was. The balcony ,overlooking the creek,was a major highlight, for our weekend stay. The only complaints I have ,are that for the price I paid...I expected to have shampoo,conditioner and a coffee pot. I guess for the location, the price...

It was overall a good motel room for a short stay. It was a very clean room with an amazing balcony outside your room with a creek flowing behind it. However, the air is very terrible it barley cools the room, the tv is very old and doesn’t even have cable, and the bathroom is very small. Other than those issues it was an overall nice and quiet motel and the lady who checked me in was very nice!
