Beautiful resort! The rooms are very clean as well as the buildings and the grounds. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We had a family suite for two parents, a grandmother and a 3 year old child. This allowed us to have two bathrooms which was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and nice. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. We really enjoyed being able to shop at Dollywood and have all our purchases delivered to the hotel free of charge. My daughter has always wanted to stay here and for Christmas I surprised her with the stay at Dream More. She was so happy and really enjoyed her stay. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful; as always. The only negative was in the common area near the fireplace, I noticed an upholstered chair with the bottom broken and sagging to the floor.

This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful balconies, a pool and game room for the kids, and activities throughout the day. The buffet at the restaurant was also nice as well as the gift store.

Nice hotels, room, the 24 hour pool is great when you have kids. The outdoor pool was also heated. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the outside space. Good service and breakfast.

We were very comfortable in our 2-day stay at Music Road Resort Hotel and Inn. There were a lot of extra touches which made our staying here a total delight and we will most definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everybody.

After traveling all day, we found this hotel. They charge an additional fee to use the pool. I kind of prefer that because the pool wasn't very busy at all but the motel itself was. Was expecting a RESORT. This is a luxury apartment complex from the 1990s. We came because the indoor pool. It's at a separate building a 2 minute drive away. At 260 a night I just wasn't impressed

Spent two noisy but fun days in Pigeon Forge. A car show was brewing so all kinds of loud motors were everywhere but it made for an interesting time. The hotel is perfectly located and a great stay.

The only thing I did not like was asking the front desk to empty the trash and make the beds in our room. We were there for 4 nights, Once she emptied the trash and gave clean towels. One night she did a full cleans. Both times I had to ask the desk for the clean.

Beautiful clean room, bigger than expected, full kitchen...bonus got a free build a bear,,and had a beautful pumpkin display, and had some yummy smores...definately a great place to stay...

We arrived late and there were not luggage carts to be had. We waited for almost an hour. We had lots of stuff and my wife could not lug it around.

Rooms were clean and all went well, but did not appteciate getting a handicap room on third and fourth floors. This was not what I have received in past visits.

So incredibly cute! food was a sweet little rotating menu, and spa services are part of a little extended pavilion. A very homey & quiet place to stay. Although you are very close to town it is out enough that it is very peaceful with trees all around. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch swing & listen to the birds. The food is excellent. Had a wonderful time.

DO NOT let these bad reviews stop you from staying here. This is a family-owned establishment, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Is this the Marriott? No, but that's why you're looking at other places to sleep... Because you want something affordable. You can't beat staying here for the price. You won't regret it.

The counter for the sink is oddly low compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the past. Bed was not fully clean (stains on sheets), mattress and pillows probably need to be replaced - no support. Im not sure why this hotel has such a bad rating. We enjoyed our stay! We rented the two bedroom suite, it was clean and spacious. The hotel was quite and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
