The only negative was that the ice machine was out on order on the 5th floor where we stayed. Didn’t eat breakfast onsite but would like to see more coffee & breakfast options.

The entire experience was Amazing! Had everything we needed at resort. Trolley to Dollywood, so no parking or lines at trams. The staff was as friendly and so attentive. From front desk to housekeepers.

The balcony view was mainly of a parking lot. The pictures that are shown on the website of the winding river with the double waterfall is not something that I saw during my visit. I couldn't tell you where that is located. What I saw was a small river, could've been a canal, between the resort and the street. The condo was nice. We enjoyed the fireplace the night that we stayed.

Room was spotless ! We were just there for the weekend so we didn't use any of the amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riverstone Resort. It accommodated our large party of 3 families. It's conveniently located close to everything. The front lobby staff was so polite and helpful. We will stay there again.

Staff was nice, room could have been cleaner, traffic stains on the carpet in the sitting area. Garage parking that is covered was nice. Pet friendly. Nice walking area down to the river. Pool is small hot tub is also small. I hope they fix the broken ventilation in the pool room, the chemical smell is very strong. The price is good if staying on a non holiday otherwise rooms are double the price.

Room: As soon as we walked into the room, my sinus started acting up due to dust, the 1 thing I am allergic to. Room wasn't terrible but the Comforters were almost crispy and very uncomfortable. The indoor pool room was extremely hot! Could only stay to watch the kids play for short intervals. So hot you could barely breathe. Room was infested with stink bugs. We killed 10+ in our 4 days not including the dead ones in the light fixtures.

Wouldn’t advise paying extra for the Christmas package but all in all it was nice and great location. Also don’t get your kids hyped for mini golf; that’s a mess.

We saw minor details that another family may be bothered by them . For our one night stay, it was good enough. . The fronr desk lady was kind enough to give us a 1st floor room since we had our baby.

The front desk lady was always nice but the room service was bad they get mad if tou tell them something about the room.

The property is slightly rundown. The outside area is nice but inside could be cleaner. The carpet in the room was filthy- feet were black after walking on it. The beds were comfortable and ok for a quick night sleep. Breakfast options were good and was nice not having to spend money. Overall good place to stay if you need a quick/price friendly option.

Hotel is old, rundown. It could use some updates. Room looked renovated so maybe they just have not changed out the lobby. Did not eat the breakfast, did not have time. We had a beautiful stay in one of the cottages. The large jetted tub was wonderful! And, the beds and linens were super comfy. The cottage was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Very nice stay!

DO NOT let these bad reviews stop you from staying here. This is a family-owned establishment, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Is this the Marriott? No, but that's why you're looking at other places to sleep... Because you want something affordable. You can't beat staying here for the price. You won't regret it.

Spent two noisy but fun days in Pigeon Forge. A car show was brewing so all kinds of loud motors were everywhere but it made for an interesting time. The hotel is perfectly located and a great stay.
