The gym needs more sustenance, neither the area nor the equipment is maintained. Staffing seems to be an issue, particularly housekeeping. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the pool is awesome.

The room was humid. It smelt musty and the blankets and sheets were not changed. There was no hand soap and one of the remotes was missing. The blankets on the bed smelt like some one lacking hygiene was bundled up in them for a while before we stayed. Also the bathroom smelled like mildew.

Had a great experience overall. Heater wasnt working well, had to call for services twice. The pool area was very wet. Standing water all over.

Breakfast was good variety service not so great. Room was clean except a dirty wash rag hanging on shower head. Room was missing towels, toiletry bottles in shower empty didnt notice until inwas already in shower. I had to wait awhile for someone to being shampoo and conditioner. Was disappointed the hot tub wasnt working properly.

Heater did not work, there was no shampoo or conditioner on the refill bottles. Called downstairs they sent maintenance man to work on heater. Bottle were never refilled

Stayed for one night in January but El Paso can be warm even in the winter months. If you sleep hot like me, you prolly will not have any sleep. They have a swamp cooler and not referigerated air. Did not enjoy my sleep. Additionally their pillows are also overly soft, the air just goes out of it and flattens as soon as you put your head on it. Room was however clean and breakfast was good. Will most likely not stay here again.

The breakfast was very slow. There was only 1 person working the omelette orders. Ran out of milk. Dirty counters. Our room was not very clean, the a/c vents were full of hanging dust. Mold on the ceilings, dripping water from shower. Stains on carpet!

AC did not work. Room smelled and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Bedding felt used so we used our own.

Building is old and not in good shape, very noisy, I couldn't sleep due to all the noise. The traffic was extremely terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was no help.
