Great rooms, service. Restaurant/bar has a good selection of items and specialty craft cocktails and a wonderful beer / wine list. Rooms super coma D all the modern conveniences.Comfortable beds and updated surroundings . I booked on ********** and got a good rate. Ample free parking and handicapped rooms and parking. Dog friendly. Wry quiet. I would stay there again.

Very clean room, friendly staff! Just didn’t love the location around it honestly.

The room was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The bed was so comfortable and the hot water worked excellent. The only issue I had was that the hair dryer did not function at all. I actually needed it. But it was not a big deal.

We stayed here three nights and just about froze every time we entered the hallway to our room. I mentioned to the front desk that it was extremely cold in the hall and she just laughed. I think it was probably 50 degrees. The room was fine. The bar was extremely overpriced ($23 for a single glass of white wine!). There was no breakfast included in the room charge. I booked a room for 2 nights but really got nothing helpful to say coz I just went to check-in left and went back to check out, aside from the room being in good condition and quite spacious, I can’t say nothing about staff and customer service.

The room is so modern and roomy. If you do a lot of shopping there’s plenty of room for your stuff

The room was stinking with smell of cigarettes and not pillows in the room and when I went to the reception to ask for room change I was told no rooms available, just open the door and put the fan on to get rid of the smell. For the pillows I was told to go to the laundry and grab some.

We just needed an overnight stay close to the Mexican border. The price was very cheap and they allowed dogs. Basically we got what we paid for. I had booked it for 2 nights but we left after the first night. The lock on the door was very loose and hard to open and close. Our hotel neighbors were coming and going all night. We need up finding an awesome hotel in Juarez for only $20 more a night.  ...

The motel itself had fairly clean grounds. It's been updated with new furniture and bedding. The paint was bright and vibrant. Now the rough part. The only part of the room that was clean was the sheets. The TV didn't work, there were dirty hand prints on the walls and some of the lights on the room were broken. Breakfast wasn't possible. For the price it is a very good option, I would like them to get rid of the carpets, we had a very large stain of I don't know what.

Check in was perfect. Courteous and efficient. The room needs a lot of TLC. Carpet was soiled/stained, same with the curtains, lamp shade had a big tear. Toilet paper holder eas almost falling off of wall. In addition, we had piles of leaves throughout the hallways which eventually get dragged into the rooms…

Clean room and good breakfast the rooms were nonsmoking so it smelled clean and fresh. Very comfortable beds and pillows. the potatoes are delicious. the water doesn't run too hot but it does get warm enough the ac works great and all the towels and blankets were tidy.

Far superior to other locations around this area. Very kind staff, and love the layout of the whole property. Have stayed here twice and both times have been great.

Room wasn't bad, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well. Staff was nice, but breakfast did not have enough staff. Found 2 dead cockroaches under the chair, black mold in the toilet tank, water constantly leaking into toilet bowl.

Very clean rooms and the staff was wonderful and also the complementary breakfast in the morning very very good.

Main issue was that the concierge wouldn't let us check in 30min before 3pm when the hotel had plenty of rooms available. I would understand if it was all booked but we just needed to put out luggage away while we went out for a sunset at white sands. We even checked out early in the morning, what did you have to lose on 30min early check in?

Overall the stay was good. The rooms definitely arent the same, as the impression you get from the entrance area. Both the shampoo and body wash, wall mounted , containers were empty. During our stay on 1/13/26 We rested very well; the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom in room 119: the bathtub faucet doesn't work properly, it won't turn off, and the tub fills up too much while you're showering, which is inconvenient. Also, they don't have ice. Please take this into consideration. Thank you.

There was no hot water. They need to fix their boiler. Do not leave messages on the website. They will not receive them. The receptionist told me to call the hotel directly to make any request. They also need to fix thier elevator. The front desk personal were very nice. Elizabeth was awesome. Great customer service.

It’s in a good location close to stores and restaurants

There was a restaurant nearby and we could see the sunset from our room. It was a very beautiful and nice hotel. There was a refrigerator, soap, etc. and the room was clean. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Overall stay was very good. First night ac unit didn’t work but maintenance fixed it. Then there was no hot water when taking a shower. The next day we moved to a different room and everything was great from that day on. Elise was great communicating and making things right. Rooms were very clean.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean & quite. The breakfast in the morning was also good.

There was a lack of furniture in the room. only a desk and chair. no other seating like a chair or recliner, room was large but not furnished completely like other motels of this chain.

Remodeled and clean. Good customer service. Nothing really to complain about aside from maybe upgrading the TVs to smart TVs and location is near a highway so there’s some road noise. Aside from that you can’t beat the price for what you get. Would stay again.

This is probably one of the best value motels you can find in all of El Paso. The rooms have been renovated with brand new floors, tiles in the bathrooms, and new furniture and televisions. The motel is right off I-10 so it is easily accessible and there are plenty of dining options nearby. A clean, renovated room in an easily accessible hotel under $100? It sounds like a fantastic deal to me.

Nice motel. Very nice staff with clean rooms. They have a pool and spa. My room had flat screen television with nice variety of channels in English and Spanish. I think is important for here. My room also had a couch micro and fridge with single cup coffee. My bed was very comfortable. If you have a trailer you are pulling that could be a problem the parking is a bit small. Lots of shopping and restaurants...

I just don’t like to walk to the bathroom outside, but the bed was condo, the worker helped me when I was bleeding and the recepcion was good, didn’t have a chance to try the food

Got a private room and it was great! Great location, price, and amenities. Bars below can be a bit noisy, but some people would like being close to those activities. Didn’t cause me any trouble on a Saturday night. Very cool history with the place as well

Our room is so clean and very comfortable. It was a little loud because of neighborhood bars but overall it was so comfortable so I still fell asleep and slept great. All the noise was gone by 2 AM. Parking was scarce because you have to park far and walk back to your room- If a metered parking opens up, you can move to it!

I enjoyed the historic nature of the property, from the historic rooms to the history framed around the property.

Extremely clean room. Allowed early check in. Staff checked us when we walked in to be sure we belonged there. Only two free parking spaces right in front if needed- metered parking otherwise - check the city’s website. The historic details were fun. Bed was a single mattress on metal frame but once you’re sleeping easy to disregard. Ac unit in room plus a fan. Bathroom access was scary to think about...

They have a $100 security deposit. place is really good. This is right close to all the shopping place so very good location. At the same time away from facing road so u dont get traffic noise. Location was perfect for my needs, front desk was a little slow on check-in, but found out that it a person in training so understandable. Breakfast was okay, I only ate here the one time and it was fine. Only 1 elevator was working for the 3 days I was there. Room was clean and nice size with 2 queen beds. Overall 4/5 and I would stay again.

Stayed for one night in January but El Paso can be warm even in the winter months. If you sleep hot like me, you prolly will not have any sleep. They have a swamp cooler and not referigerated air. The breakfast was very slow. There was only 1 person working the omelette orders. Ran out of milk. Dirty counters. Our room was not very clean, the a/c vents were full of hanging dust. Mold on the ceilings, dripping water from shower. Stains on carpet!

The room and the hotel were in the worst condition of any IHG hotel I’ve stayed at. Night and day from the Staybridge I just stayed at in Houston. The doors to the outside also didn’t lock properly, so anyone could walk in at night, they ran out of coffee cups at breakfast, they didn’t have luggage carts, etc.

Room and Hotel were great But, when you advertise airport shuttle need to say not on Saturday or Sunday. Especially when one of the reasons for booking the property was because of the shuttle. It’s the holidays come on

My room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced over my 3 night stay. I had to go to reception to grab some . Carpets on the hallways are dirty. I cant believe Marriot allows this faults on the brand regulations.

It's a nice hotel. Very clean (It's new), and the rooms are well kept. We inly stayed one night, enroute home to Texas. Check in & out was easy. While we didn't actually eat the breakfast, it did look like a very nice spread, with eggs, sausage, coffee, cereals, waffles, OJ, etc. (not just a "continental breakfast" as many serve). Will probably stay here again on a future trip.
