Friendly staff. Down side - no microwave in the room. I will avoid staying at this location for that reason, it's an inconvenience for your patrons. Specially when complimentary breakfast is not included.

A Touch of Grace Amazing! Great room and the food was excellent! The staff were on pace and advised me immediately of any changes. I loved my suite. The mattress and pillows were a little rough, but i made it through. One thing: you need more lights in the parking lot. It was a little scary when at night i went from the parking lot to the entrance.

We had a great experience staying at the Radisson! The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. We especially appreciated the clean gym and really enjoyed spending time at the pool, it was perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything was well taken care of, and we felt very welcomed during our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

For a quick stay, it doesn't get easier than this. It's isolated enough that it shouldn't have too many security issues. Their parking lot is bright and easy to navigate. They are close to the airport, and also to a refinery, should you need to fly with freshly refined gasoline. I stayed for traveling, I satisfied with the location, service, cleanness. Good location for shopping.

Last minute booking for a funeral, it was convenient to where we needed to go. The room was definitely not swept up or mopped. I had to use a washcloth to clean a big dirty stain on the floor and there were crumbs of whatever the prior occupants left. It was nice that the pet area was clean. Food was ok, eggs were undercooked but it was nice to have something to eat.

Very convenient and close to EP airport. Staff seemed nice, but had to greet myself upon check in. Hotel is a bit outdated especially the floors, however, the convenience and amenities outweigh any negatives. Quiet room, clean, free breakfast buffet with lots to choose from, and pool. There is a bar attached, but no complaints in regards to noise. Recommended if staying in the area.

Meh. Not great but okay Front desk people were friendly. The hotel is dated and dingy, but the room itself was clean. The hall carpets need cleaned and where the ice machine was had women kind go covering with duct tape like there had been a leak but has not been repaired. Probably won’t stay there again.

Room was a bit dirty, but as expected for the price. Maintenance was a bit lacking: air filter for ac was dirty, tub did not drain well, overall room look was a bit outdated. The area is nice, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient.

The room space was great. But the carpeting and all the upholstered furniture were badly stained with a substantial hole ripped into the top of the sofa. Bathroom was spacious but the tub had several burn marks on its edge.

It felt very homey, with cute posters over the bunks, and the old timey music playing in the lobby. The shower, blackout curtains, and coffee were much appreciated. It was nice having a kitchen to make dinner in too, and so many cute spots nearby. Slept so well. Plus free parking!

I love this place when I am solo traveling in El Paso. It's super convenient and well run. There is a venue that is close by that plays music really loudly so make sure to use the earplugs!

Excellent hotel! In the very center of the city, next to the Riverwalk. On the roof there is a swimming pool with a view of the city. Drinking water, coffee, tea - everything is included in the price of the room. Comfortable beds, pillows. Minus - the window of the room overlooks the wall.

Nice motel. Very nice staff with clean rooms. They have a pool and spa. My room had flat screen television with nice variety of channels in English and Spanish. I think is important for here. My room also had a couch micro and fridge with single cup coffee. My bed was very comfortable. If you have a trailer you are pulling that could be a problem the parking is a bit small. It's a very basic hotel. Location is off I-10, but very difficult to access due to road construction. Fast food are within walking distance. Room is very basic. Water pressure is very low. Breakfast is very basic.

We stayed for 4 days while attending a conference. The staff was awesome, very friendly. The room was clean and the grounds well maintained. Will most definitely stay at Days Inn while traveling.

They did a good job at maintaining an older building but it still felt kind of old and outdated to me. The bathroom was tiny with very little space and the vanity for the bathroom was in the bedroom.

Inadequate amount of food for breakfast. Many food items were empty. Also flatware and adequate availability seating available.

It was ok. Digital Key didnt work. Choosing your own pre-arrival means nothing. We were povided a different room in a different floor. AC unit kept abruptly making a loud popping noise throughoit the night.

Comfortable beds,easy parking ( you have to pay for it) We had a 2 bed roll in shower accessible room, that is becoming difficult to find in El Paso hotels . Helpful staff. This hotel was fine. Close to the airport and I 10. The charge for parking was a big turnoff (yes I know it was only $10 plus tax, plus a service fee). I think it’s nothing but corporate greed.

We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel on trips because it was so convenient to the freeway and restaurants and it was clean and comfortable. Lately, I have been disappointed in the condition of the rooms. Hotel needs a refresh, for sure.

Meh Check-in was quick and easy I got to the room. There was no Netflix feature on the TV although there was a feature on the remote a shower in the handicap room had bars on it that were not conducive to exiting or entering the shower therefore as a handicap person, I was not able to bathe. It’s very unfortunate Dated room. I’m sure it was really nice when it was built.

Sufficient, but tired. Nice hotel, but it is starting to age quite a bit. Needs a refresh pretty bad. Towels are tired, my room had cracked glass in the window, the only elliptical machine in the gym was broken, etc. with that being said, the price was low, and the breakfast/amenities were sufficient for my needs.

The property is well located, close to amenities. However, the public spaces in the building are not clean and the staff not readily available. Overall, we would not recommend and we will choose a different place to stay next time.

Comfortable Stay It was very comfortable and they have very big rooms. There was a kitchen and a huge closet to hang your things. The bathroom was a little small. Only thing that was disappointing was that online it said there was breakfast so we came in expecting a lot of food. The breakfast was more a breakfast bar rather than a continental breakfast and the food and coffee was always almost empty...

Old El Paso Traveling cross country and this is the best motel experience so far out of eight stays. It was a nice suite at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this motel and would stay there again.

Nice room but the staff was not interested in my stay. TV did not work. Internet was too slow to watch a movie unless you paid extra for faster internet. For breakfast at 9:30 am there was no coffee left.

You can cook, suitable for Chinese families. The hygiene is good and the surrounding area is convenient. There are kitchen utensils to borrow, including microwave ovens, stoves and refrigerators.

Property was good for the price we paid but it could be cleaner. The comforter on one of the beds was dirty, the hallways had a musty smell. Outside of the property by the front door had a bad smell as well.
